What do you like best about SearchStax?

The service is of premium quality, stable, and responsive. The team is delivering a turnkey SOLR solution, and we need minimal effort on our end to manage it. What do you dislike about SearchStax?

In the past, we had a misconfiguration issue, but they responded promptly, and we have not had any issues since then. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SearchStax solving and how is that benefiting you?

SearchStax provides enterprise-level SLA and support for SOLR, an open-source solution. SOLR is a prerequisite for a major CMS system. Enterprise customers who use this CMS, want to have the same level of SLA and support for each component of a solution. SearchStax provides successfully the solution to their needs.
