Searchless was very easy to set up, and I really liked the fact that I can pick important skills for a role, the AI will ask questions related to the skills, and I get a rating for each skill for each candidate. It is a great way to quickly gauge if a candidate is qualified for the role, and saves a lot of time. There was also a minor bug that we ran into, but Jonathan and his team fixed it in an hour.
