What do you like best about Searchless?

As an administrator, I can set up a new interview in 2-3 minutes and I love the way it communicates with the candidates. It listens to their answers and asks questions based on the answers. It has proper conversations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Searchless?

What problems is Searchless solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is enabling me to sell recruitment services at a vastly discounted rate. I can do that because we can fill over 60% of our vacancies through simply funnelling them through the platform. The remaining 40% of roles that require headhunting are simple to deliver as we can invite people on the market en-masse rather than have to speak to them all up front.
