Describe the project or task SearchBlox helped with:

Searchblox replaced our old google appliance indexing our main website, as well as multiple ancillary sites as well. It offers key match, javascript render and personalized recommendations. It's a great drop in replacement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SearchBlox?

The ease of configuration and setup. The willingness of the searchblox support team to work with you when transitioning servers, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SearchBlox?

Searchblox help is not the best. Most of the issues that I have encountered, and forwarded to Searchblox were never resolved by them. Either I figured out the issue myself, or I wound up reinstalling the software. -- in one case, the problem was that I was not logged in with the admin user. Recommendations to others considering SearchBlox:

The system runs on a jetty based web server, so adding in CSP based items can be a bit of a challenge if you are not familiar with the java based webserver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
