I really appreciate how Searchanise displays the most relevant search results first, which enhances the customer experience significantly. It not only helps improve the relevance compared to built-in search engines but also contributes to better customer experiences and potentially more orders, which is a big plus for my store. Everything works fine, but having more search strategies would help fine-tune the results output, like different keyword order options and exact matches. Regular expressions could help fix common user mistypes, but since that's not currently possible within Searchanise, I've had to write an event handler on my end to address this. While not critical for my store specifically, these features may be useful for others. Sometimes these issues can also be addressed with Synonyms, but as I'm not a highly experienced user, I find it a bit challenging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
