What I like most is that it gives us a repeatable way to monitor how KOHO is showing up in AI search rather than relying on occasional manual checks.
Our workflow was fairly straightforward. We started by building a set of prompts around the areas people are likely to research when considering a financial product, including credit building, budgeting, cashback, spending, saving, and personal finance. We then used AI Answer Visibility Tracking to monitor KOHO's overall presence across those queries and track how that visibility changed over time.
From there, we used Brand Mention Tracking to look at the individual prompts behind the visibility. We reviewed which questions were generating a KOHO mention, which were surfacing competitors, and where our brand was not being included even though the topic was relevant to us.
We brought those observations into our regular growth and content reviews. When we saw a topic where competitors were consistently appearing but KOHO wasn't, it gave us a specific area to investigate rather than just a general sense that our visibility was low. We could then use that information when prioritizing content and reviewing our broader search strategy.
The combination of the overall visibility view and the prompt-level monitoring is what makes the workflow useful for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I’d like more flexibility in how prompts can be grouped by customer need and search intent. For a financial product, the distinction between a research question, a comparison question, and a product-specific question really matters, so being able to segment those categories more easily would make the analysis even more useful.
A more detailed breakdown of visibility changes by individual AI platform would also help us pinpoint where the biggest shifts are happening. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
