"We understand how our brand is showing up across AI search"
5/5
What do you like best about SE Ranking?

We started looking at AI search because the way people discover brands is changing quickly. For a social-first agency, that shift is particularly interesting because we're used to thinking about visibility through content, social platforms, paid media, and cultural relevance. We wanted to understand what that visibility looks like when someone turns to an AI assistant instead.

We used SE Ranking to monitor our presence across ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, and Google AI Mode. Having these environments tracked together made it easier to compare how the same brand or topic was being surfaced depending on where the search started.

Our approach was fairly practical. We created prompts around the kinds of questions people might ask when researching brands, creative agencies, social-first work, and related topics, then reviewed the results over time. We weren't just interested in whether our name appeared; we wanted to see how consistently we were being surfaced and whether visibility changed across the different AI search experiences.

The cross-platform view has been the most useful part for us. It gives the team another way to look at discoverability beyond traditional rankings and helps us understand where AI search is becoming relevant to the way audiences find and evaluate brands. What do you dislike about SE Ranking?

I'd like more flexibility around grouping prompts by audience, industry, and campaign theme. It would also be useful to have even more detailed comparisons between ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, and Google AI Mode when the same prompt produces different results.
