Scrunch AI has been huge for our team because of the granular data it provides. I can see what AI platforms are saying and using to formulate responses. I also appreciate how it lets me track different answers it gives to different users, based on demographic data. The prompt monitoring, citation data, and signals (recommendations) are all game changers because you can gather so much from a storytelling point of view and address the insights accordingly. I find that the recent overhaul of the Scrunch AI UI has made it a little difficult to use. I spent a lot of time learning the previous UI, but now I suspect (with more time) I'll get comfortable with the new setup as well. Simplifying the dashboards and explorer could help, but it doesn't seem mandatory. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
