What do you dislike about Scrive?

I haven't found anything to dislike yet. Setting it up as an integrated part of a flow in Salesforce was a little bit confusing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Scrive solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a simple way to create documents in Salesforce for customers to sign. We have integrated Scrive into our automated flow so that customer data in Salesforce is auto-populated in a document and sent to the customer for signing. When the document is signed, it triggers the next step in the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
