What do you like best about Scripted.com?

Writing for Scripted is virtually stress-free, thanks to the support team and Scripted managers. With them on the customer-service side, I don't have to worry about talking to demanding clients or juggling writing and customer service, compared with working independently. What do you dislike about Scripted.com?

Many of the in-house Scripted employees are not available on weekends, so if I have a writing deadline that I need adjusted for any reason on a weekend then it may take a bit longer. Luckily they usually have a support team working then who can take care of the extension. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
