I posted a job under the free trial for copywriting services. I also posted a job with Upwork at the same time. Within a couple of hours, I have several great applicants through Upwork. After a few days passing with no applicants from Scripted, I unsuccessfully tried to remove the job posting from Scripted so I left the job posting alone and moved on, forgetting about the fact that I was in a trial. I received no email notices that I had been billed $200 when my trials ended. When our accountant made me aware of this charge, I reached out to support to request a refund, seeing as to how I never actually benefitted from the platform. I understand that I clicked through screens with fine print about a $200 charge apparently, but I would expect Support to give me a refund. Instead, I had an overall poor experience with receiving applicants from the platform, and the platform's Support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
