With them on the customer-service side, I don't have to worry about talking to demanding clients or juggling writing and customer service, compared with working independently. **What do you dislike about Scripted.com?** Many of the in-house Scripted employees are not available on weekends, so if I have a writing deadline that I need adjusted for any reason on a weekend then it may take a bit longer. Luckily they usually have a support team working then who can take care of the extension. **Recommendations to others considering Scripted.com:** Scripted is a great option for freelance writers who want to get their foot in the door, gain access to great SEO educational materials, and grow their public writing profile and career. **What problems is Scripted.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a freelance writer, finding clients, collecting project information, and negotiating pay rates can be time-consuming and frustrating. Scripted takes care of all of this so I can focus on my work, earn money, and enjoy the full benefits of remote contracting. ### 5. Unfortunately, that isn't how it worked out. Most of the content submitted by their writers was subpar at best. I think out of all the articles I ultimately approved and paid for, only one was satisfactory. More often than not, I had to spend hours fact-checking, editing, and revising these articles. **What problems is Scripted.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** I chose Scripted with the intention of helping streamline our content creation process and in an effort to publish upwards of 12 articles a month. ### 6. Much more creative than I am and they met all my deadlines **What do you dislike about Scripted.com?** So far I haven't had any issues but it is a bit pricey I think it makes sense but now with Chatgpt it's hard to justify spending money on content at all **Recommendations to others considering Scripted.com:** Yeah go for it. They could do that for you. They have a huge team of writers so the content seems pretty much endless ### 7. Terrible service. There's nothing to like about a service which you pay for, and all you get in return is enthusiastic CSMs that try to retain you but deliver no real value in return. **What do you dislike about Scripted.com?** Everything. I spent over a thousand dollars and all I got was sub-par content. They are optimizing for volume, rather than quality, and it shows. I suppose most of their customers just need SEO articles that aren't designed to deliver real value but rather to trick Google's search engine. **Recommendations to others considering Scripted.com:** Stay away. **What problems is Scripted.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** Save yourself time and money and stay away from this service. Content quality is terrible, and I'm under the impression that all of their writers use AI like Copy.ai or Jasper to crank out content. They don't put time and proper research into your content. It's pretty ridiculous. It would be fine if the content were good, but it just isn't. ### 8. When first starting out, I mostly picked up orders from the queue where all invited writers can get work. As time went on and I was able to showcase my abilities to clients, however, I began to get direct requests from clients. In my time, I've written ebooks, blogs, white papers, website pages, video scripts, and more for clients large and small. I've had hundreds of clients at this point decide to request work specifically from me after seeing my writing style and ability, and when this happens, I receive higher pay than projects that are just available for everyone. Scripted has been my primary source of income for nearly the entire time I've written there, and I plan on staying with them for the foreseeable future. I've got several clients who reach out to me specifically now, and I've established great relationships with them in the process. Love the platform! **What do you like best about Scripted.com?** Very simple to use interface. It's a basic word processing system on the writer's side with a variety of powerful tools. Clients seem to have no issues when they discuss using the system with me. **What do you dislike about Scripted.com?** There have been times when updates to the software caused temporary problems, but these have always been rectified fairly quickly. Support is very responsive when such issues occur. **What problems is Scripted.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** If I was running my own business, I would certainly use Scripted for my content creation needs. All the writers and editors I've worked with have been highly professional. ### 10. I asked again, to please cancel my trial account because I didn't want to be charged the $200. Received no answer. After that, they charged me the $200 That's straight SCAM. I will never recommend this to anyone. **What do you like best about Scripted.com?** The site might have great professionals, but at the end of the day, you want a platform that's good with its customers, but this was just an awful experience altogether. **What do you dislike about Scripted.com?** The cancelation process ends up being awful and they charge you for a service you didn't want and ask to be canceled in the first place. It's hard to believe that any serious company will do something like this to its customers. **Recommendations to others considering Scripted.com:** I do NOT recommend this website, just for the fact that they scammed me. I asked to cancel my membership many times only to be charged $200 without my consent.
