**What do you like best about ScreenMeet?**

The integration with ServiceNow makes for a seamless experience for both the end user and the technician

**What do you dislike about ScreenMeet?**

The minimum purchase price is excessively high and essentially locks out small and medium sized businesses

**What problems is ScreenMeet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote support tool for internal helpdesk to assist internal employees

**What do you like best about ScreenMeet?**

ScreenMeet uses a non-intrusive way of managing a remote device without leaving trails behind. Using it in tandem with Tanium, it installs a small agent upon starting a session then, removes it when the session ends. It also provides a good number of shortcuts for troubleshooting tools and a chat window with its handy interphase.

**What do you dislike about ScreenMeet?**

I haven't disliked anything about this product at the moment.

**What problems is ScreenMeet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are phasing out Configuration Manager and need a cloud centric solution for remote technical assistance for mainly Windows devices.

**What do you like best about ScreenMeet?**

The video calling feature makes it much easier to understand, and the assigning part and the status part are really helpful

**What do you dislike about ScreenMeet?**

No thoughts as of now but would love to see where they are heading

**What problems is ScreenMeet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes support much simpler and more accessible, and the features are helpful, which is less hustle.

**What do you like best about ScreenMeet?**

The features that are available in the Out of the Box model are decent.  Features such as screen sharing can be turned on and off. Integrates with SF.

**What do you dislike about ScreenMeet?**

Trying to integrate into our chat card presented programming hiccups, disconnect issues when changing screens, and the background is still not working; only the blur feature works for us. Their response has been lackluster in trying to fix our background issue, and I have to constantly reach out to them after being told they would get back to me in a "day or two" a week later.

**What problems is ScreenMeet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need video communication for our virtual design conultataions. We honestly haven't used it much because of the background issue. Having the blur feature on is not an option as it blurs the existing rooms, which we are trying to help remodel so it defeats the purpose. I hope that their engineers will figure out our problem in their next sprint.

How easy it is to use it when you are connecting with clients

**What do you dislike about ScreenMeet?**

How sometimes it won't show the screenMeet to log with Salesforce and it takes a few hours to bring it up to log it.

**Recommendations to others considering ScreenMeet:**

To keep using it and don't be afraid to be curious when trying it out.

**What problems is ScreenMeet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Just the communication between ScreenMeet and SalesForce. It's just nice to take control of a clients screen to show them how to navigate places.

**What do you like best about ScreenMeet?**

The ease of which ScreenMeet launches in our environment. Makes it a seamless integration with our existing platforms.

**What do you dislike about ScreenMeet?**

Often when reporting issues, it seems that no one in the SM side has heard of it. We end up providing a lot of detailed examples and it's often attributed to an environmental component (even though we have agents in different locations with different devices)

**What problems is ScreenMeet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to offer remote support to customers to see their issues first hand. It was an easier, more cost-effective solution than we had in the past.

**What do you like best about ScreenMeet?**

The integration with Salesforce cases and the single sign on with salesforce are our favorite features.

**What do you dislike about ScreenMeet?**

Sometimes there are glitches that requiring refreshing and "back" on the browser to work through. They are not always consistent or replicable so it can be hard to solution these glitches. 

**What problems is ScreenMeet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Accessing our users computers to troubleshoot or walk them through how to do a task that they can not figure out how to do. We do this for both B2B and B2C customers.

Screenmeet is very intuitive to use and a great way to connect with our clients who need screen share support. It helps cut down time spent on support calls and leaves our clients much more satisfied.

Nothing to dislike. Everything works as expected.

Solving customer support tickets.

**What do you like best about ScreenMeet?**

I like the platform and what its intention is in reference to the efforts of communication. It does help for those who telework or who need to assure that they can effectively communicate with their peers

**What do you dislike about ScreenMeet?**

It is a good way to handle cloud meeting but there are some flaws in the avenues presented with the way that communication is presented and the options to share information amongst each other. There can be a burden on the way that lines are not clear and tend to drop in the middle of a call.

Teleconferencing and enabling telework for people involved with it

Screen meet provides an impeccable service and user friendly software to interact with your business partners and colleagues in an attempt to exchange vital information for your organisation to function smoothly.

**What do you dislike about ScreenMeet?**

We face some technical issues as screenmeet is not established well enough in India however the software may be more interactive and could enhance their quality of vedio conferencing.

We at our organisation are solving numerous problems with screenmeet it helps us to save time and energy and allow us to focus on more important work.
