I use Screenloop for hiring daily, and I find it really easy to navigate, which helps me in training hiring managers. It makes onboarding new joiners quick and straightforward. The AI assistance is really useful, aiding in decision-making, and I love how the system's flexibility supports a variety of roles. I really like the AI assistant and often ask it questions after interviews; it helps me gather my thoughts. The AI feature and recording are especially helpful.
