What do you like best about ScreenLight?

Easy to use by my clients. Allows them to post comments to the edits and share them with their group. Best of all, it links their comment to the exact spot in the video for identification. It allows everyone to see the comments and respond. I can see the needed revision, exactly where it is needed and make the change. I can request they leave an "approved" comment so I know the project is ready to go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ScreenLight?

Very little downside. A bit more graphic customization would be nice. There is only a record of their viewing if they leave a comment. It would also be helpful to see who has logged in and viewed the video even if they do not leave a comment. It would also be nice to get a message if the video is downloaded. What problems is ScreenLight solving and how is that benefiting you?

I need to know when the client views the edits I post for their review and get feedback from them on what needs to be revised. Screen light eliminates confusion as to what change needs to be made and where it is in the video. Additionally, once the video is approved I need to be able to provide them a means to download the video. Screenlight allows me to offer that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
