What do you like best about ScreeningHive?

We use Screening Hive mainly within our HR team for early-stage interviews, and it has been working very well for us. The team finds it easy to manage and review candidates. Being able to watch the recordings before onboarding begins helps me get a sense of who is joining the organization, which has made our onboarding conversations much smoother. What do you dislike about ScreeningHive?

What problems is ScreeningHive solving and how is that benefiting you?

Async interviews have saved us a significant amount of time, and having every response recorded makes it much easier for more team members to take part in the evaluation. As part of the HR team, we were able to set up the tool on our own with no issues, and we are not very tech-savvy. So I would say it's super easy to set up, and when it's set up and running works.
