What do you like best about ScreenConnect?
We use ScreenConnect mostly for unattended access to help our users and their endpoints.
It offers excellent security and we have integrated into NinjaOne so it is easy for our technicians to find the machine that they need to log into.
We can also provide temporary remote access to vendor support without worrying about unnecessary security issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?
I have used this product for at least 15 years and I cannot think of anything I do not like about it other than the price has increased over the years but that is consistent with all applications and it remains the best value in the area I have found. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
