I'm in here every day and my background isn't compliance. What makes it work is that I can ask a question in the shared Slack channel and get a real answer in a couple of hours, usually from someone who then goes and fixes the thing that confused me. When our auditor came back with a request none of us had seen before, I forwarded it and had a usable answer the same day. I've used tools where "support" meant a help-center article restating the button label. Here I get an answer to the actual compliance question, from someone who knows what the auditor is going to ask next. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some things I'd expect to edit inline still send me off to find the right screen. I've built a mental map of where everything lives instead of just changing things where I'm looking at them. Small friction, but I hit it every day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
