Clearskies: The context layer for revenue AI Clearskies is Scratchpad's context layer for revenue teams using AI. It connects your CRM, call transcripts, email, calendar, and Slack into a single Customer Context Graph — so when your team asks Claude, ChatGPT, or any AI about a deal, an account, or the pipeline, the answer is built from every source, not just one. Sales leaders use Clearskies to: - Get pre-call briefs that pull from every system — not just the CRM - Detect pipeline risk across all channels, not just stalled CRM stages - Run win-loss analysis from actual calls and emails, not disposition codes - Surface coaching moments from every rep call with timestamps - Keep the CRM updated automatically after every interaction - Qualify deals against MEDDPICC or custom criteria using real signals Clearskies works with Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Slack, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365. It connects to Claude via MCP and works with ChatGPT and any LLM. Usage-based pricing with no per-seat fees. Two products. One team. One belief: Revenue teams are sitting on enormous amounts of signal across their tools. Scratchpad removes the admin work so sellers can sell. Clearskies makes that signal available to AI so every answer, every brief, and every pipeline review reflects what's actually happening — not what someone remembered to log. ## Scratchpad Reviews
 ### 1. Efficient Collaboration with Room for More Integrations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** george c. | Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

I like the tiering abilities and the customizable columns. I also appreciate how it connects with Salesforce. What I love most is being able to add and share notes and have different dedicated sections between different team members, which helps me discover accounts. These features save me a lot of time, allowing me to aggregate a lot of data into one visible source, and I can then prioritize my accounts and get an almost bird's eye view of my book of business while cross-collaborating with team members. The initial setup of Scratchpad was extremely easy.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

It's not integratable with everything. Like I say, you have to go to Scratchpad to take notes in Scratchpad a lot of the time. They had some more obvious integrations, that would be great.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scratchpad solves interconnectivity and collaboration problems between SDRs and account executives, especially for sharing notes on target accounts for new business. It helps me cross-collaborate easily, saving me time by aggregating data and providing a clear view of my accounts.

 ### 2. Scratchpad: The Most Efficient, Easy-to-Access Tool for Tracking Deals

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alec Z. | Account Executive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Scratchpad is the best tool to keep track of your deals/opportunities that is out there. I have access to Clari, Gong, Salesforce, and numerous other tools and Scratchpad is continuously the most efficient & easy-to-access tool out there.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Genuinely, there isn't anything. This tool is excellent and served me in every way I needed it to.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scratchpad allowed me to immediately access Salesforce Opportunities to update next steps, Forecast Stages, ACV, etc.

 ### 3. The modern, intuitive way Salesforce should feel

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Scratchpad makes working in Salesforce not just tolerable — but enjoyable. Its interface is clean, fast, and thoughtfully designed. Updating opportunities, managing pipeline, and taking notes feels natural instead of clunky. I love how the layout and workflows just make sense — it’s modern, streamlined, and clearly built for salespeople, not admins.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Honestly, not much. Occasionally there’s a sync delay between Scratchpad and Salesforce, but it’s minor compared to the productivity boost I get.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scratchpad helps me stay on top of my pipeline and notes without spending half my day clicking through Salesforce tabs. I can update multiple deals in seconds, prep for meetings, and capture insights immediately. It’s become my daily hub — a single, intuitive layer on top of Salesforce that saves me time and mental energy.

 ### 4. CRM data useful to me!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David H. | Sales Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Scratchpad makes my CRM data useful to ME and saves me tons of time! The ability to quickly adjust views from the CRM in real time gives me a firm understanding of my book of buisness. This gives me the confidence to approach leadship with outreach ideas and help my colleagues understand their own pipeline. It saves time not only in data entry, but because my Opportunites are cosistantly up to date in SalesForce, I meet with my manager half as often as others in my role. His confidence in my pipeline is gives me a minimum of 45 minutes back a week!

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

I have a complex SalesForce instance, and some of my workflows (such as opportunity creation) cannot be accomplished in Scratchpad. The support team was wonderful and worked with me to trouble shoot.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scratchpad allows me to take the data and organize it in ways that are meaningful to me without needing to explain the need for a new report or dashboard to our internal SalesForce Administration. I can quickly analyze and adjust my book of buisness keeping me organized, saving me time, and keeping touch points on key accounts.

 ### 5. Huge game changer for efficiency in deal management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eric S. | Head Of Sales and Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Scratchpad is a must have if your sales team uses Salesforce. It makes keeping records updated incredibly easy and fast. What would take us 2-3 minutes to do in Salesforce, takes us 10 seconds in Scratchpad. Across a sales team with 40ish opps per person, that adds up to a LOT of time saved. The company itself is also very aligned with their customers and actually considers suggestions to implement into the product. I've personally met with their product team several times to discuss ideas and I think all have been implemented within a couple months. I'm also a big fan of "zero boards", which essentially surface opps to reps if they need an update automatically. Their goal is no opps on their zero board every day, and most reps do that consistently. Could not do this without Scratchpad.

I'll add, there was someone in my org hell bent on eliminating the expense of Scratchpad. I pushed back hard and fought for it, and now we've actually expanded it's use to other teams in the organization. There are very very few tools I'd die on a hill for, but Scratchpad is worth it.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

The mobile experience isn't there right now, but, I gave that feedback, and Friday I'm meeting with their product team to discuss it, so I know this "dislike" won't be around too much longer.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Efficiency in the day to day operations of deal management and proper Salesforce hygiene.

 ### 6. Scratchpad has helped efficiency, pipeline transparency and organization of accounts

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chad B. | Account Executive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Scratchpad is a one stop shop for my accounts. I oversee 330+ accounts and to be able to have access to those accounts and everything connected to the CRM makes my ability to perform efficient and seamless. I used to have over 30 tabs open daily to keep track of accounts or quotes/proposals among other things. Now I barely have 5 tabs open. I access all that I need right on Scratchpad. I am able to modify and arrange what my needs or accessibility for my accounts are on Scratchpad adding to my efficiency. I am able to set this up very easily and if I have any speed bumps, the Scratchpad team is quick to assist with what I need to adapt. I use Scratchpad multiple times a day. It is set up when I pull up Chrome it has my dashboard up for my current pipeline and I am able to start my day off right from there. It intergrates easily with Salesforce.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

There is a limited number of changes you can make on the dashboard on the 'free' plan. This does not limit the efficiency of the program. However, the next plan for the monthly cost is well worth every penny in the amount of time, work, energy saved when using Scratchpad.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Access to multiple accounts and using the features from the CRM within Scratchpad without having to go outside the website. I can stay on one tab and access not just my accounts, but my contacts and leads. Anywhere I have a connection with my account (even LinkedIn) I am able to stay within my one stop shop and have access all within the account to keep notes, make changes. I used to have to pull multiple tabs, even within the same account, so I wouldn't lose data input or find information. This concern is gone.

 ### 7. Incredible tool!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Scratchpad has an incredible integration with Salesforce that makes opps and pipeline management easy, clean, and actionable! I feel like I can be organized and increase the revenue I bring in because things do not get lost and I can make sure I stay on top of my opps. The conditional formatting is also a game changer - I can color code opps and action on things that need my attention much easier. I use the tool daily and it is a part of my process. There is not a big learning curve - you can hop right in and see value immediately.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Truly, there is not anything I dislike about Scratchpad!

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Opp management - It is not as clean as SFDC or other tools. I heavily rely on it.

 ### 8. Where do I even begin...

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Scratchpad is hands down one of the best inline editing tools I've ever used. Normally, hours get wasted navigating through CRM fields just to update records. Scratchpad makes it ridiculously simple: you can build a view of the exact fields you want, edit hem directly, and work from whatever lens your prefer.

The AI functionality is a huge bonus, it honestly feels like having a personal assistant. For me, the call summarization feature is the real game-changer. It saves time, beefs up note-taking, and keeps everything clear and actionable.

I'd highly recommend Scratchpad to anyone looking to streamline and cut out the busywork.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Honestly, there's not much to dislike. If I had to get nitpicky, and this might even be a setting I just haven't turned off, the suggest updates can feel a little overkill at times. That said, if you're not someone who enjoys crafting your own notes, it's actually a lifesaver. So, take this "con" with a grain of salt.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scratchpad is solving the time sink of navigating through endless CRM fields just to make simple updates. Instead of clicking around for hours, I can build a custom view of the exact fields I need, edit them all in one place, and keep moving. That efficiency has freed up a huge amount of time I can now spend actually selling instead of updating records.

On top of that, the AI functionality has been a big boost. The call summarization feature, in particular, beefs up my note-taking and gives me clear, actionable summaries I can trust. It keeps my follow-ups sharp and ensures nothing slips through the cracks.

Overall, Scratchpad is helping me streamline my workflow, reduce busywork, and stay focused on the parts of my job that actually drive revenue

 ### 9. Scratchpad Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Howard A. | a, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2022

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Scratchpad is the best time-saver for my day of all the software solutions I have at my disposal. The integration with Salesforce allows me to add and edit tasks as well as add notes to my Pipeline without having to deal with the slowness of Salesforce.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Honestly, I haven't come up with anything that I dislike about the product. Everything works as I expect it to work. For my needs, I just don't see anything that needs to be improved based on what I use the tool for.

**Recommendations to others considering Scratchpad:**

Test it out for yourself and if you are using it with Salesforce, I can tell you that you will immediately see the time savings.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scratchpad is solving the productivity issues that I have when using Salesforce. Every click is so slow and it takes forever to update fields in Salesforce. Scratchpad eliminates that issue as I can make those updates and changes with a couple of fast clicks when I do them in Scratchpad and they automatically update Salesforce for me

 ### 10. ScratchPad makes Salesforce fast and easy on the eyes.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mathew J. | Dir. Sales Engineering, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

I adopted ScratchPad for the note taking but fell in love with the abiliy to just click and join notes to an existing salesforce account or prospect.
I can premake templates and load them seconds before a call.
Sharing a template with work mates is super easy and once I make changes to mine it can be shared with everyone.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

I'd love the ability to draw notes or flow diagrams directly.
Think about how apple notes lets me write content, import an image or draw a diagram all within one note.
I want that for Scratch Pad.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Better more complete Sales Engineering notes.

 ### 11. Scratchpad makes me be extremely efficient in my sales

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chad B. | Account Relationship Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2024

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Quick and easy use. All in one, one-stop-shop for all my opportunities and accounts. I am able to keep my opps clean and managable. My managers praise me for keeping things clean and notes up to date. I'm able to quick click everything relating to my accounts. It is extemely customizable for what I need and how I use. The help from the team at Scratchpad also helps me learn new tricks if I need assistance. I use it multiple times a day. Honestly, I'd be lost if I couldn't use Scratchpad in my daily use.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

It takes a bit of time to get things set up the way I would like them and how/what I use from my accounts. However, the Scratchpad team helps train and show how to set up. If I can't figure it out, I contact them and they either show me or get back to me with answers.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reduces the amount of clicks I have to take and switching from tab to tab on windows. I can navagate from one page - Scratch pad. There I can access my accounts and make notes, pull up contacts, opportunities, set dates. It helps me be more efficient in my day.

 ### 12. I love scratchpad!!!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gillian C. | Sr. Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Scratchpad makes it so easy for me to update my pipeline-- at my last org, we didn't have scratchpad and updating my pipeline was the bane of my existence so I wasn't super great about keeping it updated. At my current org, we do have Scratchpad and boy is it a game changer, I actually now get compliments on how updated my pipeline is!!

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

There is nothing I dislike about Scratchpad-- it is that great!

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping me keep my pipeline updated so leadership has clear visibility into what is going on for each rep.

 ### 13. Just makes my day so much easier

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Roger Y. | Account Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2024

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

I love the ability to search for the accounts I manage without having to leave the webpage I'm on. If I'm writing an email and I can't remember an email address or a prodduct they are interested in the hotkey CMD + J just saves me hundreds of clicks per day and lessens the amount of tabs i need to keep open.
I also really liked that one of the CSMs hopped on a call with me to build out my Scratchpad dashboard specific to me and my role as an Account manager.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Not much. I use the free plan and haven't run into any issues/limitaions. I'm guessing the paid for version would give me other cool feautures but i don't know what i don't know :)

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saves me from having to use Salesforce and having to keep the tab open all day just to search for info related to my accounts. Also helps me update opps in minutes.

 ### 14. Time is MONEY

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mallory K. | Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2024

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Scratchpad makes all manager think you are just extremely organized. It makes updating opportunities quick and easy saving me *literally* hours a week. It also allows me to have a more streamlined view of close dates and stages. Another great thing is that you can inline edit your accounts which saves so much time when scrubbing your accounts. I am also impressed by their customer support and how easy it was to implement. There is not a day that I don't use Scratchpad.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

I have had a hard time pitching it to leadership, I currently pay out of pocket becuase it is such a great tool but I wish there was a better way to show the value to our leadership who isn't dealing with the little details of updating opportunities.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scratchpad is allowing me to save time when updatng opportunities and ensure my salesforce hygiene is perfect. I also use it to scrub my accounts which ultimately makes me more successful.

 ### 15. Exceptional Productivity Multiplier

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Saura J. | Enterprise Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2024

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

A culmination of a thousand small "features" creates an indispensable layer to my workflows from prospecting to closing and beyond. These features were made by, demanded by, the users and prioritized and developed by the Scratchpad team. The platform is easy to get integrated and easy to use. I continue to learn how the software better thanks to the customer support team and the very strong product documentations and screen recordings they share.
The result is :
- a software that has been loved from the beginning by it's users
- a software that became an integral part of my daily effectiveness as a rep
- a software that is uniquely strong at supporting strategic sellers and transactional ones AND
- a sofware that constantly is improved based upon user feedback.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

While nearly every feature I have ever asked for has been developed, I am eager for more analytics of my usage of the platform and thus to bolster the ROI strory for my leadership team.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

While Scratchpad has many robust features, I primarily use the platform to engage people at my accounts. I use it for maximum data entry with Contact records, Accounts, Opportunities, Campaigns and other Salesforce Objects. Scratchpad is the best way for me to do my job daily.

 ### 16. Incredible product for improving efficiency and customization for Salesforce

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian C. | Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2024

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Scratchpad allows me to customize my views and work flows in such a user friendly manner that it has become my main landing page for sales activities. I am able to organize, update, and segment my CRM without ever having to enter into Salesforce. The efficiency gains at the pricepoint of the Scratchpad add on make this a no brainer. Further, their customer service is unmatched. They are quick to respond and incredibly helpful. Cannot recommend this product enough for Sales professionals and Salesforce users.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

I hesitate to list any downsides because any room for improvement would likely be above and beyond what Salesforce itself is offering on the user level. Scratchpad really takes the cumbersome process of navigating and updating Salesforce and makes it so user friendly that its impossible not to see gains in efficiency in your daily workflow.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

User interface and ease of updates. Fewer keystrokes and more customizable interface/fields/layouts. Those small efficiencies add up over time to make your day that much easier and your reps that much more effective and focused on revenue generating activities instead of data entry.

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Ease of use, ease of implementation, quick adoption and immedaite time to value. After I installed scratchpad it took an hour or two to get it set up in a way that helped me visualize my pipeline. Its something I use every day.

It use to be free, but eventualy I outgrew their free plan.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can manage my pipeline in one place and see all my account with a easily adjustable view. Way easier to set up and manage then working in SFDC.

 ### 19. Amplify your efficiency!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike D. | SVP Account Management & Growth, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2024

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

The speed of use and the way it makes SalesForce a tool that can be used quickly, and efficiently to capture meeting notes, update opportunities, manage tasks and create insightful reports.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

I want a mobile app, particularly for task management and notes.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I started using Scratchpad to keep opportunities updated for my leadership team while also not having to spend all day on administrative work in Salesforce. It worked perfectly. From there, I began using it to create reports for analysis and performance coaching. Then, I began taking my meeting notes in scratchpad and having them sync to SF. Finally, I added task/to-do management. All items are synced to SF and matched to whatever related fields I'd like (opportunities, accounts, contacts, etc).

It saves me enormous time while quickly making data and updates available to my organization.

 ### 20. Can't live without!

**Reviewed by:** Allie B. | Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2024

- makes taking notes on calls so easy
- can easily add notes during a call to SFDC
- saves SO much time on admin tasks to open up more selling time
- I can create reports and edit all opps row by row in scratchpad instead of opening tons of SFDC tabs

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

I love it and will always use it/recommend it for any selling role!

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lots of time wasted updating opportunities and reviewing call notes

 ### 21. Couldn't live without it!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Venture Capital & Private Equity | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2024

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

I love Scratchpad's ease of use and search capabilities. It flows so nicely into my workflow (I can create things in Salesforce straight from my google calendar) and I'm constantly in the tool. I used it multiple times per day and it's truly the backbone of my entire work day! I am constantly trying to get my other colleagues to adopt it as much as I have!

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

The only issue I've had is internally since I had another plug in and that plug in was fighting with scratchpad to be my home page when I opened a new page.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It keeps my notes organized from every single meeting I have throughout the day.

 ### 22. 10/10 would recommend

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan F. | Sr. Enterprise Account Executive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2024

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Scratchpad quite literally puts hours back in my day. I can quickly update my forecast, stay organized, write my notes and share views with the rest of my team. I like being able to set conditions and notifications on opportunities in my inbox or on slack.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Surprisingly, I haven't found anything I dislike about Scratchpad. I met with a CSM Cristina when I was a free user, running out of allowed credits and she spent 2 separate hours with me showing me how I could improve my day to day. Easiest decision to become a paid user ever.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scratchpad saves me several hours per week by having an intuitive and quick interface to use and customize to how I see fit.

 ### 23. An invaluable tool for actually accessing information Salesforce

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2024

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Scratchpad is not only a way to derive meaningful insight from the information that the teams I work with are logging in Salesforce, but also provides a much-improved experience for actually saving these notes in the first place! The Scratchpad browser extension means I rarely (if ever) need to log into my Salesforce account - my teams can easily add notes on the fly, increasing both the quality and quantity of information that I have acces to.

The Scratchpad support has been invaluable as well! They've been incredibly open to meeting over solutions calls to help implement new Views for reporting.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

"Tasks" is a very useful feature with one small issue. Automatically-generated calendar-event tasks seem to create duplicate Task events for each Salesforce Contact added to the meeting (e.g. 4 different Tasks for 4 different customer contacts). This may be a me-issue, as I've never actually tried to debug this.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scratchpad increases my ability to derive value from CRM data.

 ### 24. Great tool - use every day

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sophia L. | Customer Success Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Incredib ly easy to use and i know it's capable of so much more. Integrates with Salesforce seamlessly and allows me to prioritise my accounts based on different attributes.I use it every single day.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Nothing so far - I know i am not using it to it's fullest potential though

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Account prioritisation

 ### 25. Perfect for Sales

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2024

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Scratchpad is easy to pick up and start using Day 1 with zero training for some of the most complex tasks a Sales team needs. Unlike Salesforce's interface and report builder, Scratchpad saves literal hours every week in account reporting, pipeline updates and has the added bonus of a notes feature to centralize everything a Sales team needs in one place. The team is incredibly quick at providing updates and responses to questions and feature requests.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Scratchpad has a very robust reporting aparatus already and with some of the more niche reporting requests they are quickly closing the gap here. Their one click ability to provide feature requests is fantastic.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesforce is remarkably dense. Updating 30-40 active opportunities for a sales rep can easily take 2 hours. Scratchpad provides an immediate boost to productivity and accuracy for both reps and leadership.

 ### 26. Big fan - easy to use - Wish I had the enterprise plan

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonathan L. | Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2024

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

I've been using Scratchpad for going on 5 years. I've had Enterprise versions and free versions.
Its a great, easy to use tool to take notes on calls, update opps, tier accounts, filter and sort leads, contacts, accounts etc.

Company support is amazing from the CEO and down through the product/cs teams.

I use Scratchpad everyday.

Its really easy to implement and integrates well with SFDC and Google Business

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Stuck on the free version currently. Lots of overlap with other sales tools these days.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Editable fields in SFDC
Easily run reports without having to run SFDC reports

 ### 27. Save time and focus on what actually matters!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Camilo H. | Enterprise BDR, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2024

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

It's so simple to get started, giving you a great visibility of your pipe. Check any account at any time on any page—update notes, titles, or any field in your SFDC. Log in with your SFDC account and its connected.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

If you have a well-built SFDC, Scratchpad can become a nice to have making it hard to sell internally. I use it daily and I haven't found a feature I dislike.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scratchpad helps me bypass the clunky CRM we use (SFDC) - I can save so much time when prospecting or following up the generated Pipe.

 ### 28. Simply Fantastic Usability!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michela M. | Custumer Success Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 29, 2024

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Its Usability, how simple and intuitive it is. I love to be able to add pictures so easily, and how it seamlessly integrates in my case with Salesforce.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

I think there are definitely more features that could benefit the users, but their Customers Success and Support teams are just amazing, so definitely worth the wait.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With a big Book of Business it can be challenging keeping up with all details of each client. Scratchpad helps me have a handy overview in Salesforce of the most important things to remember. Super useful also to leave notes for other team members to see (such as Account Managers).

 ### 29. Great product with a great team!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** George H. | Founding Account Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Amazing team always open to feedback. AI assisted CRM updates. I use it every day and the integrations with my tech stack are very robust. Plus, customer support and ease of use is top-notch!

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

I don't dislike anything. Like any product, there are features that are still getting worked on, but I'm confident they will be shipped soon!

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Call recording, updating my CRM automatically, call transcripts, training

 ### 30. Excellent tool to make you faster

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Preet K. | Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2024

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

The most helpful part of scratchpad is being able make udpates within Salesforce without ever opening Salesforce. It's accessible from anywhere (not just in a browser) which makes it easy to look up information quickly (i.e. saving 4-5 clicks and waiting for things to open/populate). Really a gamechanger with Salesforce Lightning.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Not too much. They have a good outreach for current customers and are always sharing tips/tricks.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps me keep sales hygeine up to date and quickly find info on an account.

 ### 31. Unreal Program which Maximizes Time Spent on Revenue Generating Activities

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Johnny S. | Outbound Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2024

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

I love Scratchpad as a sales tool because it eliminates mundane tasks, reduces the need for multiple tabs, and offers an intuitive interface with excellent customer service.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Nothing at all I think it's perfect and would be lost without it.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scratchpad solves the problem of juggling multiple tabs and repetitive tasks by consolidating workflows into a single, intuitive interface. This efficiency not only saves time but also enhances my productivity, allowing me to focus on higher-value sales activities and better customer interactions.

 ### 32. One of the best softwares out there.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Conner D. | AE, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2024

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Makes the monatounous task of filling out salesforce for sales people a breeze

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

there are some very minor glitches but pale in comparison to the benefits. The navigation can be a little clunky sometimes.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the time suck that filling out salesforce with notes about prospects and clients much easier. Additinoally, it helps take notes for me while i'm on calls so that i can pay closer attention to the person i'm speaking with.

 ### 33. Way faster and easier than SFDC

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2024

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Slick UI and a team that is aligned to sales reps/managers and the features we need.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

I had issues getting scratchpad to be my default page when I open chrome. Ended up adding another extension to auto route me to scratchpads url.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Updating salesforce is 5x faster in Scratchpad
2. We don't have a mature sales ops org so there's a number of fields missing in SFDC that I need to keep track of my opps. Scratchpad lets me add those fields to my opps without needing to bother with SFDC
3. I'm more organized and let less slip through the cracks

#2 is a new feature but is super valuable

 ### 34. Huge time saver

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joe C. | Product Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2024

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Scratchpad saves me hours of task and call logging that would be an incredibly manual effort without it.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Scratchpad solves every issue I ask of it - in the future they could make it so AI logs similar tasks for me, but I'll live in the moment for now!

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I would have to manually log 100+ tasks a month without it in SFDC - this is very time intensive, and now it is not.

 ### 35. Update Salesforce in seconds

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2024

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Scratchpad makes it really easy to update your forecast daily! I've set automation as well to highlight cells that aren't updated based on timings. For example, I need to have an updated forecast every Monday. My scratchpad will highlight each cell red that wasn't updated by Monday! Love it, highly recommend.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Not much to dislike! I got Scratchpad because updating Salesforce took forever. Exactly fits my needs.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an end-user I was facing was too much time updating salesforce for my leadership to review my forecast, and being able to save 30 mins - hour a week was great as it freed up time to focus more high level sales!

 ### 36. Making Pipeline Management a piece of cake

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2024

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

I like the UI and the ability to edit/comment inline right in the dashboard. It has been easier to convert and close deal due to the increased visibility and forecasting ability. My CRM is cleaner than ever!

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Nothing so far, I have liked all the features provided by Scratchpad and looking forward to seeing more.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Implementing Salesforce comes with its own complexity and then the additional rules/boundaries to ensure compliance, that leaves very little for sales reps to customize for their own user. That is where Scratchpad helps making the pipeline management process a better experience for individual users.

 ### 37. Scratchpad is a tool I use every day

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeremiah C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2024

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

The two features I enjoy and use the most are the Notes and the Pipeline view.

With Notes, it's super easy to create a note right from within Google Calendar, so my standard flow when I'm about to jump on a customer call is to simply create a note, and then join the call. It fits right into my standard workflow.

For Pipeline, we mostly use this feature as a high level Account list to track which customers are in implementation and which customers we are running projects with. It's so much more focused and streamlined than the standard Salesforce account lists.

Beyond features, the implementation was super easy. The Scratchpad Customer Delight team - shoutout Cristina - are indeed a delight to work with. As a tech implementor myself, I was definitely taking notes on Cristina's approach to enablement.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

This isn't really a dislike, because I imagine we're not even using all of the features that are available to us. But one nice-to-have would be the ability to iframe/embedd other tools/webpages into Scratchpad. There is one piece of functionality that is embedded into Salesforce which I use regularly, so it would be nice to basically not have to log into Salesforce at all!

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlined workflow, customer tracking, increased visibility into customer lifecycle

 ### 38. Lightning!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Garry G. | Regional Sales Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2024

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Scratchpad is unbelievably helpful in getting updates into Salesforce fast and accurately. I spend less time navigating windows and more time with clients.
It was so easy to get set up - no IT required as the integration was so somple and the folks at Scratchpad have been super helpful.
I use it everyday and it makes my life so much easier.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Needs to have 365 integration and the ability to leverage Microsoft Teams.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scratchpad save time navigating to various windows in Salesforce to update, modify or change steps of sale, next steps or configurations on products.

 ### 39. Ensure compliance + increase visability

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brianna F. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 19, 2024

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

It makes it very easy to ensure that all reps are updating their opprotunitys, logging tasks, accurate forecasting, and ensure compliance with MEDDPICC. I have used Scratchpad for the past 2 years and it has been vital to keeping reps orginized and on-top of their opprotunitites. If you are working large territories and are running multiple opprotunitites this tool helps you keep on top of everything without letting anything slip through the cracks. I am all about efficency and this tool really helps me be the most effective and efficent rep.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Honestly, there isnt much I would change. The ehancements for forecasting and automation that the copany has ppushed out have been amazing. Overall, it is a great product and I will always use it no matter where i go, and i have shared it with any reps who i think will benefit.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing and maintaing my territory and the 30+ opprotunties that i will running at a time. It is a lot but Scratchpad makes it so easy to to keep everything updated and orginized. Executive Leadership and the board is able to easily look into my territory and know exactly what is going on. Support has always been top tier and very quick to respond and resolve any issues i have ever had withint he platform.

 ### 40. Even the free version is great!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leila R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

I am now in sales leadership, but when I was a rep I found out about Scratchpad and implemented it to see if it would be helpful for my daily flow.

It made updating Salesforce SO easy. Just a couple of clicks and a bit of typing and I could update my whole pipeline in ways that wouldn't be possible in Salesforce alone (our in-line editing wouldn't allow for updates of all the fields that were possible to update in Scratchpad). And that was just in the free version!

Once I moved into leadership, one of the first things I did was run a quick training/introduction to Scratchpad for the reps in my department.

If updating Salesforce is a problem in your org, I'd highly recommend Scratchpad. It's easy to install, to use, and as a bonus it gives Google Chrome a fun daily picture background. Great product!

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

From the free version I did not run into much that I didn't like. There is a max amount of updates, but only one of my reps ever ran into that threshold so it wasn't much of a problem.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solves the issue of taking 10-20 minutes for big pipeline updates, of having notes in multiple places. Also you can choose the fields you want to see, making opps much easier to read and navigate.

 ### 41. Makes updating salesforce so much easier

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Travis A. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Scratchpad makes bulk updating a specific salesforce opp so much easier, especially with some of the limitations of salesforce in-line editing. The integrate with salesforce makes things os much easier.

Most useful for inputting a bunch of opportunity information at once for whatever forecasting methodology your management uses (MEDDPICC, Force, etc). Especially if you leave it to end of the week right before forecasting call.

Also a solid tool for note-taking as it makes it easy to attach back to opportunities

Great CS team as well

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Wish there was a better way to collaborate on note taking, example> have account specific notes that both you and your SDR are able to edit at the same time without them needing to click a link every single time.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an end-user the challenge I was facing was too much time spent updating salesforce records for my management team to review, and being able to save 30 mins - hour a week was great as it freed up time to focus on actual sales generating work

 ### 42. Great pipeline management tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2024

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

I utilize Scratchpad as a frontend for SFDC & to manage renewal opportunities. It is a simple UI and easy for me to quickly make multiple views to organize my opps. I can set those views based on my SFDC fields , which makes it easy to focus attention on specific accounts I need to target & then execute next steps.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Nothing I can think of - It's useful and intuitive.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me manage a pipeline of renewal opportunities based on contract end date which aids in our CS motion.

 ### 43. Clean and simple

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chase S. | Chief of Staff, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Scratchpad has helped me stay organized and keep track of leads, their stages, etc.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Nothing that I can think of. I have been satisfied.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of our funnel in an easily accessible location.

 ### 44. Easy to use and Organize

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Regina W. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

I like how I can keep things in place and organized. I can create filters and color code things which make it easy to prioritize things.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

The description filter that is available doesnt update in salesforce. So when you put a note in there, you have to erase what was there previously and that isnt very efficient. It would be better if it kept track of everything by storing the data rather than erasing it. You have to erase it due to the limited space and its not convenient. I also don´t like that there is no place that shows you how many days you haven´t touched a client. There should be somewher that displayed this data so we can be more on top of things more easily.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a helpful tool to keep things organized at one glance.

 ### 45. The benchmark for every tool I've used since

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2024

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

Simplicity, which is second to the overall customer journey. Customer journey doesn't actually get enough recognition across the board but everyone I've interacted with from marketing emails to follow ups about my experience have been really genuine and actually leave the impression that they are about customer success.

Product wise - integration is lightweight and very well thought out - be it with saleforce or Chrome. Stuff I never would have bothered tracking (and centralising contemporaneous notes and tasks) has been really useful.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

Not a scratchpad criticism - if your salesforce admins restrict how and where you make changes inside Salesforce it will hamstring your ability to use the get the most out of the tools

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking of data

 ### 46. Salesforce without the suck

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2024

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

It's ease of use and simplicity. Data entry that used to take me hours within SFDC directly, now only takes me a few minutes.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

My manager doesn't Slack me as often because he doesn't have to ask me to update SFDC :(

Also, they finally figured out how to limit the free version enough to get me to upgrade to the paid version.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time consuming CRM data entry... Scratchpad makes this easy.

 ### 47. Simplifying Salesforce efforts

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joe A. | Director of Sales, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

As someone who has used a handful of CRMs and loves technology and processes, it had been a while since I had been over 5 years since I'd used Salesforce, and what I came back to was pretty similar to what was offered when I left, which wasn't overly innovative or user-friendly. What I didn't have before was an integration with Scratchpad, and it's really made things so much simpler for me. I rarely spend time in Salesforce anymore, and manage almost all of my Sales-related activities through Scratchpad. The interface is simple and intuitive, and my onboarding and support from Vanessa Faircloth made it very easy to get going.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

There's really nothing I dislike about Scratchpad. I wasn't looking forward to needing to learn another technology to go with a handful of other tools I didn't use in my other companies, but a 30-min call was basically all I needed to get up and running.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping me overcome the clunkiness of Salesforce

 ### 48. Helps keep a tidy pipeline and organized notes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jen H. | Strategic Account Leader, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

With Scratchpad I can quickly go through what opportunities I have open and edit the field that I reference daily (Next Step) as well as any other things that have changed. I make sure at the end of every week that everything is in order and not having to click into every opp and edit there is minutes and tedious effort I'm so happy to be able to skip with Scratchpad. I use Scratchpad notes for every single meeting I hold and recently started using the templates to make it even more organized. I love being able to see them all in one place, click in from my calendar and link them to opportunities. I'm sure it keeps my leadership happy that it's easy for them to reference what's going on in my deals and that they're accurately reflected in salesforce! I've reached out to the team with a coupe of random questions throughout my time using it and they're always SO quick and helpful getting back to me and making any changes. Huge fan.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

I literally love it all, nothing I dislike about Scratchpad.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tedious manual work, saving time so I don't dread and avoid updating my pipe and copying and pasting notes into salesforce (which I never did before, they just stayed on my own computer in the Notes app for only me to see)

 ### 49. Scratchpad makes pipeline cleanliness easy to achieve

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

I set Scratchpad as my homepage when I open Chrome so that my pipeline can always be front and center. Being able to update all of my deals in a single place is much more efficient than clicking into each opportunity in Salesforce one by one. Updating my pipe used to be cumbersome and something I would push off, but the ease of Scratchpad motivates me to make updates whenever I open up my browser or get off a call.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

One difficulty I have is changing stages of my opporuntities within Scratchpad given the required fields Salesforce requires to be filled out. I believe I can still work around this but an easier way to manage this would be great.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main pian Scratchpad solves for me is keeping my pipeline clean. Before using Scratchpad, I'd fail to consistently update my opportunities and scramble last minute before my forecast meetings. Given how easy it is to update the key attributes of my opportunities within Scratchpad, I consistently update my pipeline each day without having to spend loads of time digging and scrolling through each Salesforce page to check a box or fill out a field.

 ### 50. Upper Mid-Market Account Manager

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fabian A. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Scratchpad?**

As an Account Manager, Scratchpad is a game-changer for me. It's incredibly user-friendly, allowing me to breeze through essential tasks and manage workflows with unprecedented ease. The platform's intuitive interface means I can find answers quickly, freeing up my time to concentrate on the strategic and tactical aspects of account renewals and expansions. Even though I've not used other products in a similar category, I can confidently say that Scratchpad's efficiency is so significant to my daily operations that I would invest in it personally if it wasn't already provided by my company.

**What do you dislike about Scratchpad?**

While Scratchpad excels in many areas, I feel that its notes section could be more robust. A dedicated space for unstructured thought capture, separate from the SFDC, would be a valuable addition. As someone who deals with a multitude of client interactions and strategic planning, having a private area to manage my thoughts without them being automatically funnelled into the single source of truth would enhance my workflow and the management of sensitive information.

**What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Efficiency in Workflow Management: Scratchpad’s user-friendly interface allows me to navigate and complete tasks rapidly. This means I spend less time on administrative work and more on engaging with clients, which is crucial for renewals and expansions.

Quick Information Retrieval: The platform enables me to access critical account information swiftly. This rapid access to data is invaluable when I need to make informed decisions quickly or respond to clients' queries without delay.

Time Management: By streamlining the workflow and information retrieval, Scratchpad significantly reduces the time I'd otherwise spend on manual data entry and cross-referencing information across platforms. This efficiency gain allows me to allocate more time to strategize on account growth and address any client issues proactively.
