What do you like best about Scratchpad?

The most significant benefit of Scratchpad, in my mind, is the simple, user-friendly interface and ability to build flows based on your role.

Beyond that, I think it comes down to the fact that the possibilities of how you use Scratchpad and for what purpose are simply endless. I use it myself as an Account Executive in SaaS but also see tremendous benefits for my BDRs and support teams (Sales Engineers etc.). It not only makes editing opportunities, contacts, accounts etc. in SalesForce simple and more accessible, but it allows me greater control and insight over my pipeline because of the ability to filter out non-relevant information to my particular role.

I also think it's incredibly important to note how incredible Scratchpad's team is, from sales to onboarding, product, development, marketing, implementation. This team right from the top down with it's CEO, Pouyan, make it incredibly clear that they're building the solution with the user's at the forefront of everything. Everytime I submit suggestions, they get back to me and low and behold, almost always deliver on my ask. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scratchpad?

I don't know that I dislike anything about Scratchpad right now, especially when taking into account how early-stage this company is. While there is plenty of ways I can see this solution improving to help sales organizations in greater capacities, I think the true beauty of this company is the emphasis that it places on customer feedback.

They make clear they are constantly developping this product with customer feedback and satisifcation at the core of what they do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Scratchpad:

I think the most significant recommendation I can provide to Scratchpad users is, utilize the Scratchpad team to ensure you're maximizing your usage. They have an incredible group of individuals who are endlessly committed to delivering a solution which not only meets but exceeds client expectations. When you use Scratchpad, you just become part of the family. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Scratchpad solving and how is that benefiting you?

There are plenty of things that Scratchpad solves. Ultimately the true benefit is greater efficiency and utilization of Salesforce to help drive sales success.

As an Account Executive, Scratchpad allows me to create workflows for common scenarios to update SalesForce. It also enables me greater insight and ultimately accuracy into forecasting by providing more of an Xcel feel.

Scratchpad ensures that I can stay on top of relevant tasks and activities by delivering key integrations to software like G-Suite.

For BDRs, it allows greater efficiency, especially for Dialing Blitz, etc., by eliminating the need for countless tabs to be open.

Lastly, regardless of role, Scratchpad's life-saving "Common-J" function allows you to access SalesForce anywhere on the web and edit contacts, opportunities, leads etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
