The most significant benefit of Scratchpad, in my mind, is the simple, user-friendly interface and ability to build flows based on your role.
Beyond that, I think it comes down to the fact that the possibilities of how you use Scratchpad and for what purpose are simply endless. I use it myself as an Account Executive in SaaS but also see tremendous benefits for my BDRs and support teams (Sales Engineers etc.). It not only makes editing opportunities, contacts, accounts etc. in SalesForce simple and more accessible, but it allows me greater control and insight over my pipeline because of the ability to filter out non-relevant information to my particular role.
I also think it's incredibly important to note how incredible Scratchpad's team is, from sales to onboarding, product, development, marketing, implementation. This team right from the top down with it's CEO, Pouyan, make it incredibly clear that they're building the solution with the user's at the forefront of everything. Everytime I submit suggestions, they get back to me and low and behold, almost always deliver on my ask. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't know that I dislike anything about Scratchpad right now, especially when taking into account how early-stage this company is. While there is plenty of ways I can see this solution improving to help sales organizations in greater capacities, I think the true beauty of this company is the emphasis that it places on customer feedback.
They make clear they are constantly developping this product with customer feedback and satisifcation at the core of what they do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
