What do you like best about Scout Talent Software?

The support I receive from the team is always quick, responsive and detailed. I never have to worry about speaking the technical language as they are able to recognise my needs to ensure that the software is always running at my disposal. More over,as a one man band in recruiting, the AI software has become my partner and coworker in ensuring I am able to have the best Talent hired for my company. It is very detailed and can scrutinize my companies desired needs based on our company values and purpose. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scout Talent Software?

That it is not a full rounded software that integrates to a fully encompasing HRIS system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Scout Talent Software solving and how is that benefiting you?

Speed and efficiency of finding talent. I also appreciate the ease in posting jobs externally. And lastly and most importantly... the support I have from the SCOUT team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
