## Scoro Reviews
  ### 1. Great for managing projects and tracking time.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel K. | Business Developer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2022

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

I enjoy how easy it is to create projects and how task bundles may assist minimize project creation time. I also enjoy how easy it is to manage Projects, Tasks, Quotes, and Billing all in one place. The project management capabilities are excellent, and the growth of system updates has been really beneficial. Scoro customisation works great for us; we've been able to change a lot of the variables to better suit how we manage projects.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

Although it is very adaptable, the system cannot be altered to the extent that we want because some of the dropdown lists are default settings. It would be good to be able to delete a task from a project without having to return to the project you were working on in the first place. Another downside of this program is unquestionably its cost.

**Recommendations to others considering Scoro:**

Make certain that you are well-versed in all Scoro components so that you do not miss out on any essential tools. Take the time to experiment with custom labels and setups to find a solution that works for your company, and if you're unsure, get in touch with a Scoro representative. In my hunt for a better time tracking program, I came across just a few others that provide three levels of information tables that you may fill up. Scoro allows you to establish a project, a task, and comments.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were having a lot of trouble talking with Accounting about what had been billed, so this has helped to bridge that gap by allowing all departments to see what has been billed. Despite having so many team members working remotely, the perks have made it easier to stay up with tasks as a team. Scoro has been a fantastic time-tracking tool for every project I've worked on with my team. It also includes a summary of bills and pricing proposals. We use Scoro as our CRM and project management solution instead of many platforms. We now have a firm grasp on the profitability of individuals and roles at the project level.

  ### 2. Scoro is easy to use complete invoicing solution.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 02, 2022

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

Its a complete solution for starting customer data base, options to quote an offer, place an order and finish with issuing an invoice.
Comaring with other solutions - Scoro is more adjusted to the sales process flow.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

Until now I haven't found an issuewiht Scoro. I like the tool as it is.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organizing the paperwork for sales process - Quoting an offer to customer, which then is used to place an order with warehouse & later the order ir turned into the final invoice.

  ### 3. Excellent task management tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kim Weitzmann P. | IT-supporter, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2022

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

The features for project management are superior, and the system's constant stream of updates has proven useful. Scoro's adaptability is ideal for our purposes, as we have customized its settings to reflect our unique project delivery methodology. It has every function we sought but could not locate elsewhere.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

There are still minor bugs in the software, such as the inability to link people to the CRM. Even simple tasks such as calendar synchronization can occasionally go awry.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are currently concentrating on construction projects and time management. Since utilizing Scoro, I have had ample time to consider how I spend my days, and I am unsure if I would want to conduct future business without such a tool.

  ### 4. Easy to navigate and use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Louis B. | Senior Management Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2022

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

Planning my work for the week using my contacts to keep building relationships.
Updating time cards in my profile up into the future is awesome. Planning is essential to our business growth, knowing what to do next and having the option to move if something happens in between.
Fantastic planning tool.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

Merging multiple contacts into one employer is daunting.
Would like to know if there is an option to integrate LinkedIn profile into Scoro under my name to explore potential customers from my personal profile, but with the added security that they stay private and linked to my profile only.

**Recommendations to others considering Scoro:**

Look no further, Scoro is the way to go!
All your management tools in one box!

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping in contact with my clients. Follow up etc.

  ### 5. It works fine but requires some improvements.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angela P. | Business Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2022

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

The user interface is excellent, it is simple to work with the team, and there are several connectors that can be linked via Zapier. Scoro is currently widely regarded as one of the greatest task management and project management tools, and it has really aided me in organizing and monitoring open and finished projects, as well as scheduling to-do lists. It also allows me to prioritize chores and forthcoming initiatives, something my team was very thrilled about.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

There are other features that we had to seek from Scoro that we believe would have been obvious from the start. The task creations/Gantt chart view, for example, is quite difficult. Dependencies are ineffective. There appear to be some bugs to be worked out there. Customer service can be sluggish to reply to ongoing concerns or inquiries, but the remainder of the product works great and there are no serious faults with the software itself.

**Recommendations to others considering Scoro:**

Take the time to test with your team's help. This will direct your everyday actions and educate you what works and what doesn't. Furthermore, you will be able to determine whether you will require any further functions or customisation at that time.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are resolving issues that arose as a result of the extension. Scoro is a fantastic tool for growth; now that we can interface with Jira, which was previously a challenge for the team, we can build projects more quickly. Scoro Dashboard and reporting tool assist us in tracking sales team KPIs and keeping track of open project downtime. Furthermore, the ability to monitor workflow and issue bills and invoices for successful agreements and leads puts you in complete control.

  ### 6. Managing projects with Scoro is a pleasure.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jacqueline D. | Director of Patient Access Strategy, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2022

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

It's a pleasure to see how you manage the process with as few details as necessary for different teams to finalize our projects successfully. Transparency is also a virtue. We appreciate the ability to approve and conduct online evaluations. Because many of our stakeholders travel from outside the country, this dramatically speeds up our work.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

Recent improvements have made it harder to manage projects. The new design is more logical, visually appealing, and intuitive than I currently use. However, I still prefer the old style as it is more straightforward.

**Recommendations to others considering Scoro:**

Scoro will meet with you to discuss your project management needs. They did address all our concerns while exploring other solutions.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was challenging to get different teams working on the exact system with different workflows. Scoro allows teams to manage the tasks in their way without having to influence other groups. This encourages transparency. Scoro enables us to coordinate assignments and keep our team members organized to complete assignments in a timely manner. Scoro is also used to submit papers or projects for team member evaluation.

  ### 7. User friendly environment with good manuals

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2022

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

Nice graphics and data visuals. Good variety of presenting data sets. User-friendly environment. Customisation options.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

Searching for interlinked entities (e.g. linking events with tasks) is not working great. There is no option for a multi-selection of items (e.g. tasks in Gant chart).

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Project info in one place accessible for all. Data collection, analysis and reporting. Access control to specific information. Time recording. Overall, it improves management, planning and efficiency.

  ### 8. Comprehensive project management software

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laurel C. | Studio Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2022

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

My favourite aspect of the system is that it's end to end. I can create a quote and see the project through to invoicing and everything is linked to the client information.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

There are no automations. For example, I'd prefer if a task is marked complete, I could set up a workflow so it prompts a dependent action, such as an email or follow up task to be engaged. In addition, the Planner feature does not flag if a time entry has been missed. I have to manually manage the upkeep.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Team and task management has improved across the board. I'm able to plan out our post production work weeks in advance, planning review rounds and building in contingencies with Scoro.

  ### 9. Powerful project organization and planning software.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jerry K. | Senior Product Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2022

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

Receipt verification is done in a fantastic approach that provides you with a true perspective of the relative number of luxuries I desire. Everything is very straightforward and beautiful, and the framework is simple to learn and can be adjusted to handle whatever company we have. The general panel is quite beneficial for seeing your KPIs on a daily basis, and the ability to keep your different markers and share them with others in the team helps you to make better judgments and reinforce actions where the data do not seem good.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

The display is still not ideal; I would want to see additional graphs and be able to "color" some of the signs. Today, this isn't achievable, and I can't point to anything specific; we spent a lot of time refining our cycles in order to adopt the workflow aids that worked best for our group; they need to cut or add options to conceal the ones they don't utilize.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Scoro, we had to make judgments based on outdated information; today, we can evaluate the data in real time. Scoro makes it extremely easy to discover and update data, and we have all we need to manage the company in one spot. We may also track project commitment and compare it to the plan, which provides us with useful information about the real cost of the projects.

  ### 10. Powerful project management software.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mindy B. | Sr. Project Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 08, 2022

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

Scoro has enabled us to fully abandon paper and spreadsheets. The program is highly powerful and has a lot of functions without being overly complex to use. The platform is simple to use and regularly adds new capabilities; it works with software that you know works and is always being improved.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

Without a doubt, one of the most unfavorable characteristics is its price, which may become prohibitively expensive in big equipment. There are also a few small concerns that should be addressed in future software releases. One of them is the inability to simply reorder things in a budget in bulk; everything must be dragged individually. The inability to export Gantt charts as a PDF/JPG file to incorporate in a presentation or send to a customer is another limitation.

**Recommendations to others considering Scoro:**

This software is very robust and has everything you need to manage multiple projects simultaneously, I have used several software in the past and I can say that you will not find a more complete project management tool than this one. However, you must take into consideration its price in large equipment, it becomes very expensive.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Where we previously depended primarily on spreadsheets, project management has become a breeze. Real-time monitoring of agency resource utilization and project budget burn. When you tried to make a report on our previous platform, it would crash, but Scoro gives this data live via the dashboard or in the Reports tab. Also, our staff are happier with Scoro than with the prior product; if you need to spend all day working on a professional services automation tool, it must be quick, intuitive, and have a decent UX/UI.

  ### 11. Great software to manage projects, organize workflow.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Helen J. | Business Development Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 08, 2022

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

It is simply modifiable and customizable to meet the demands of the firm. It is also updated on a regular basis and communicates with our accounting software (Xero) and time tracking software (Toggl). We value the ability to organize our work and keep track of our projects, finances, and who is working on what. All that is important and easy to use leads to a lonely environment in everything we do. It has been a great resource in our efforts to improve our organizational fitness.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

Scoro, in my opinion, lacks a time component that adequately reflects the demands of a creation group. The format is rather broad, and it might be difficult to adapt at first. You may achieve this by utilizing a task timer to keep track of Alow's working hours. We may also utilize TOGGL, with which Scoro interfaces. However, interaction with third-party systems such as Toggl and Xero might be unreliable, resulting in western sync difficulties. I'd want to be able to add tasks to my calendar and tasks from the Planner tab, rather than only the calendar and tasks sections.

**Recommendations to others considering Scoro:**

We strongly suggest this application to enterprises aiming to increase process efficiency and fulfill their objectives. Getting the most out of software can take some time to create and implement, so plan ahead of time and allocate sufficient resources to get started.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Asset planning was the most important efficiency component for us, and it was a game changer for our company. To remain on top of our business, we utilize an all-in-one dashboard to monitor projects, activities, quotations, and bills. We maintain track of our projects' budgets as well as their milestones. Also, at the end of each month, we examine data to see how productive we were and where we might focus our efforts more.

  ### 12. Powerful tool for project planning and task management.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michelle R. | Sr. Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2022

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

Everything is in one location, it is extremely simple to install, and it allows you to manage all projects from beginning to end, including budgets, projects, payments, and so on. This enables for more dynamic activity management and saves time by eliminating the need to alter a job. The alert features are quite handy for remembering activities or events that you have already planned in the calendar. Invoice tracking is done in such a way that it provides me with a comprehensive view of all I need to know. We were able to simplify our finance and project management procedures as a consequence of Scoro.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

Although it contains a cost management function, project prices are difficult to forecast in advance, certain expenses are for the entire project, and there are occasionally many charges for a single service since it is difficult to determine all costs. In a bid, expenditures associated with a project are included. Scoro interface with Google Calendar is not yet complete, and moving between Scoro and Google views requires a significant amount of extra work. It might be difficult to discover people since some large email providers, such as Gmail, do not sync your contact list. As a result, it is not software that can be used straight immediately. It takes time to master all of its potential and maximize them.

**Recommendations to others considering Scoro:**

A one-of-a-kind service that is simple to use, robust, and addresses a wide range of problems. It is not the cheapest choice, but it is the most comprehensive. Project and invoice management has never been easier than with Scoro; it truly is a superb application that has everything you need. You'll be able to keep on top of your everyday duties thanks to high-quality performance and a comprehensive range of organizational solutions unified on a single platform.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is now able to handle the numerous projects and activities that we complete on a daily basis. We have observed improved profit margins as a result of better tracking of project expenditures, among other things. A modular dashboard also allows us to keep track of all scheduled activities for the week and offers frequent feedback on current targets and sales agent performance. Furthermore, I can accomplish all of this through a single website or service. I opted to explore elsewhere since another service was more difficult or incomplete than the one I required. This tool makes it easy to manage a large number of personnel in several locations for multiple clients.

  ### 13. The best tool for project management, tasks and reports.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cassandra W. | Project Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2022

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

It is the largest program I have used for project management and reporting, and I like the continuous upgrades and new options that scoro provides. It is also linked to Google Calendar, which is a fantastic synchronization tool, making the building panels as simple as possible. I can easily obtain any analytics that I need, which makes creating traction reports for commercial meetings simple and painless. Pending tasks can be viewed in a variety of ways, and numerous performance indicators can be used to evaluate each person's performance based on their duties. Performance data and calendar events are displayed through a fully user-friendly interface in a highly direct platform for each type of client.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

The performance of mobile apps is really poor in comparison to its other versions, and the pricing mechanism of this software is undeniably pricey. It has not been greatly strengthened as a budget management and billing software, and it can be stated that one of its main disadvantages is the cost of using the tool, because it contains several unbalanced costs that are added as the number of features implemented increases, and because there is a lack of guidance and information that is not supplied when the service is received. I also want the platform's overall look to be customised in terms of sources, colors, design, and so on.

**Recommendations to others considering Scoro:**

I suggest this program since it is incredibly efficient, offers fantastic tools for adapting to any project, and has a wonderful support staff. This program is ideal for managing enterprises that run many projectors at the same time. With it, you may have a more powerful and efficient workflow. It is an ideal option for supervising all business activities at a single site where you can manage tasks, manage projects, and employ comprehension instruments amongst equipment, have a broad interface, move pleasantly, and make learning simpler.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Thanks to the Gantt graphics, Kanban boards and collaboration instruments, it saved us a lot of time in project management, it is also very beneficial for our sales team, business and accountants, since we manage the connection with customers and we track the actions that We have done in order to offer them the greatest possible satisfaction. We saved a lot of time in project management thanks to the Gantt graphics, Kanban boards, and collaboration tools. It is also very beneficial for our sales team, business, and accountants, because we manage the connection with customers and track the actions that We have done in order to offer them the greatest possible satisfaction.

  ### 14. Our business wouldn't run efficiently without it.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Broadcast Media | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2019

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

This has created transparency in our business. We are a small team and don't all work full time. This makes job sharing a breeze and also helps everyone communicate across projects with ease. We know when task need to be done, when they have been done, when they've been quoted and invoiced. Also - the 'help' is fast and usually has an answer.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

Weirdly, it seems that if we come across something that we don't like - it is rectified in the next update. Or, if it's something personal to our system we just email the support team and they can talk us through a work through or fix.

**Recommendations to others considering Scoro:**

It is definitely a massive contender when choosing a software package to integrate your workforce. We trialled lots before we chose Scoro, and even though it is a bit more expensive, we find it completely worth it.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are basically solving all of our business problems - the only thing that it doesn't do it find the customers in the first place! We've realised through this how much easier the business flows when you're not spending all your time unpicking the journey of a project, it's all there to see. Who did what when and what the outcomes were.

  ### 15. Absolute thorough project management tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paula Q. | Management Consultant - Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2022

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

Detailed overview of the project: timeline, FTE dedication, costs, revenue, margin. Everything is organized and precise.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

It takes a little longer to learn in depth all the resources available. You may make mistakes in the beginning but practice makes it perfect!

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One tool for everything I need to control in the projects I manage. No more spreadsheets that do not connect. Results and PPL allocation and capacity in real-time!

  ### 16. Very easy to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 01, 2022

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

The functionality and easy to understand features. I find it easy to keep track of everything in one place and it is very clean design. From what I have used Scoro surpasses other platforms.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

There is not much that I dislike about scoro - besides the fact that you have to click " send notification as email" and this cant be set as a permanent feature

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scoro is solving the problem of having all jobs in one place and making sure to meet all deadlines. I am much more productive with having everything organized the way I like it.

  ### 17. its very Comfortable.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vaja A. | Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2022

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

I have everything that I need on my Dashboard. Tasks are easy to sort, create and Work on them.
It is very nice to have such good program with you as Scoro. Im gladfool.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

its everything is okay so far. its very Comfort place to work.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it brings us to know what when and why must done.

  ### 18. We chose scoro because it has great functionality and it is good for the registration time

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Edith R. | Sr. Project Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2022

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

The project management functions are outstanding, and the evolution of system updates has been really advantageous. Scoro's customisation works wonderfully for us; we've been able to tweak many of the variables such that they truly fit the way we execute projects. It contains all of the features, but nothing else we attempted did.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

Although it is very customizable, the system can not be customized as much as we need, since some of the drop-down lists are predetermined configurations. Another disadvantage of this software is undoubtedly the price.

**Recommendations to others considering Scoro:**

Spend time working with custom labels and settings to create a solution that works for your business, and if you're unsure, contact the Scoro computer, which is quite helpful. When looking for a better time tracking tool, I only discovered a few others that offer three layers of information tables that you can fill up. In Scoro, for example, you may create a project, a task, and add comments.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scoro has been an excellent tool for monitoring time in each project that I work on with my team. It also provides an overview of bills and pricing proposals. Instead of having numerous systems, we use Scoro as our CRM and project management solution. We now have a strong understanding of the profitability of people and positions at the project level. While there is certainly space for improvement, clarity is assisting us in making more informed strategic business decisions.

  ### 19. Very user friendly and customizable

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vera N. | Communication Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2022

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

Navigation, customization, user-friendly. Boards, charts.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

Nothing, so far. Scoro works really well.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

invoicing, KPI monitoring, project management

  ### 20. Solid Project Manager

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mckena H. | Account Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2022

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

I like the ease of building Projects and utilizing the Task Bundles to help cut down the project creation time. I also like the ease of managing Projects, Tasks, Quotes, and Invoicing all under one roof.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

It would be helpful to be able to delete a Task in a Project without it taking you to the Task manager tab rather than back to the Project you were working on in the first place.

**Recommendations to others considering Scoro:**

Make sure you are well trained on all of the components of Scoro so you do not miss out on any of the helpful tools.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were having a lot of miscommunication with Accounting on what had been invoiced and so this has been able to bridge that gap by giving all departments the ability to see what has been charged. The benefits have been making it easy to keep up with Projects as a team with ease despite having so many team members working remotely.

  ### 21. Generally I like Scoro a lot. Have not used other software so I don't know exactly how it compares.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonathan W. | Vice President and Director of Research, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2022

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

We have built a system that I think works for us. System is reasonably adaptable to fit our particular needs. We use it for tracking time and are getting into more projecting requirements and building our projects moving forward - takes time to learn to use it.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

Some little quirks are still being sorted out with the program. Things like making it easier to track all projects and connect individuals for the CRM. Sometimes there are quirks with connecting the calendar for instance as well.

**Recommendations to others considering Scoro:**

Expect it to take time to build your system. It will take work to create a system in Scoro that is effective for your organisation.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are mainly building our projects out and tracking time right now. I really appreciate the opportunity to reflect on how I use my time thanks to Scoro - I'm not sure I would ever want to operate without something like this in the future.

  ### 22. Scoro software ir user friendly and good fit to our company

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arnas K. | Chief Executive Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2022

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

Flexibility and the chanceto see the oveview of all projects we we are doing.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

The Gant chart is very primitive, and difficult to use. Unexportable.
It would be great if it would be a chance to create multilevel expenses when defining expenses in quote.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to get rid of many different spreadsheets and run everything in one spot

  ### 23. Lots to learn and lots for Scoro to update

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicole B. | Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2022

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

GUI is great. It's pretty easy to collaborate with the team. There are a lot of integrations that can connect through Zapier. The reporting takes the cake. This was something my team was most excited for.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

There are a lot of features we have had to request from Scoro that we feel would have made sense from the beginning. E.G., Task creations/the Gantt chart view is somewhat complicated. Dependencies don't work very well. It looks like there are still some bugs to test there.

**Recommendations to others considering Scoro:**

Take the time to do a trial run with support from their team. This will help walk you through your day-to-day activities and teach you what works well and what doesn't.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving problems we had with scaling up. Scoro will be a great tool to grow with. We can now integrate with Jira, which was a problem for the team. We are able to create projects quicker.

  ### 24. Scoro - Do More while Doing Less.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tyler M. | Graphic Designer and Social Media Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2022

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

Scoro is extremely useful to create and look at tasks. It is extremely beneficial in keeping tabs on all projects that are ongoing or in the past. I would recommend it to any.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

While helpful, the user interface is laggy sometimes when exporting billing to PDF format. And this last billing period we manually had to fill out fields, which was a nuisance.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem we had was we did not have a one stop shop for all of our team members to see production. This has been extremely helpful and beneficial to our marketing team.

  ### 25. Simplifying organization in our team

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt T. | Leadership Development Associate, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 14, 2022

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

Scoro ability to reallocate tasks to other team members is what I love the most. Scoro allows for more dynamic management and saves time when resetting a task. The alerts function is beneficial for reminding you of tasks and events you have previously set up in your calendar. It is easy to keep track of invoices and have a complete overview.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

Scoro is an excellent tool that allows us to not only manage projects but also how organize meetings. Its services and its team, which work efficiently, are something I would appreciate.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped us in advertising, consulting, and new client acquisition and kept us fully informed about all functions running in real-time.

  ### 26. Very efficient project managing tool

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2022

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

Scoro has a very efficient way of organising our clients projects and enable us to quickly oversee the performance and status of the work.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

If there was something to improve with Scoro, it would be the use of colour. Since it can be quite text heavy, the lack of colour throws me off

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scoro has allowed us to record all the nitty gritty information from each project and oversee what tasks require completion and who is responsible for certain tasks.

  ### 27. Scoro review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

Takes a bit for new staff to get their heads around how the tasks work.
Would love to see more set-up examples.

**Recommendations to others considering Scoro:**

Simple to use and good UX.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing staff workloads and managing projects.

  ### 28. Scoro - the key to produtivity

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kati A. | Integrated Marketing Associate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 13, 2022

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

Scoro is a tool that helps managers to control their company. It has a detailed dashboard with which they can visualize all pending tasks. It also displays different ways to measure performance, so you can see which team member is doing their job well. In addition, it organizes crucial events using a calendar so everyone can see when they should prepare for upcoming events.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

As the number of features used increases, many unspecified fees are being added due to a general lack of guidance and information when making decisions.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use the app to work together on our projects and stay up-to-date with all of the information about our customers.

  ### 29. Manage workflow on phone and computer

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Braden M. | Branding & Marketing Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2022

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

I love that Scoro lets me delegate the tasks to different people in my team. It saves time because we can use a variety of methods to track what needs to be done. I also really like how Scoro creates alerts for specific events and activities that are scheduled in my calendar. These alert emails give me a summary of what I need to do, which is very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

Apart from the problem with the missing contacts in our list, we haven't encountered any serious problems

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scoro makes it easier for me to delegate tasks to my employees because I don't have to keep checking on them. This software has changed the way I work.

  ### 30. Robust tool, smooth implementation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elisenda M. | Sales Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 28, 2022

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

All of the integrated financial management and integrations we've set up with Scoro have simplified many administrative elements of managing our work. And the real-time visibility into project performance (schedules and financials) is excellent.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

Navigating through some of the integrations took a bit longer than I expected for implementation. The support to implement things was not as timely as we had hoped.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The adoption within the organization of Scoro was successful: thanks to a combination of the training support we received from Scoro and our own personalized support. We are now beginning to reap the benefits of better overall management of our work.

  ### 31. Excellent project management tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jorge A. | Software Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2022

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

Billing functionality is excellent, as well as allowing resources to be forecasted and assigned to multiple projects.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

I would like to be able to add a resource to projects directly within the project. And I wish it was easier to pre-populate timesheets with scheduled times.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scoro has allowed our organization to be much more collaborative and detailed in our work. It also helped us to see if our projects are profitable or not. It also saved us valuable time with the integration being built from the ground up to repeat monthly tasks for all the monthly recurring marketing projects we have.

  ### 32. Project management with Scoro

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah T. | Team Lead/Strategic Relationship Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2022

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

Scoro is the most powerful business management platform in the market, featuring a wide variety of practical options for managing a company such as flexible calendar management, task management quote management, and many others. This is an intelligent, unified platform that caters to the needs of each individual user.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

The mobile app UI should be modified to be more user-friendly. For example, the drop-down menu could have a standard look just like the PC version.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scoro allows us to work on multiple projects at once. This saves us time and helps us meet deadlines because we have many team members working on separate projects.

  ### 33. Review of Scoro

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bracken P. | Assistant Producer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2022

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

Thr projects and contacts tabs. I love that I can go into the contact tabs and find emails, phone numbers and the last time we contacted them

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

When I link my calendar to a project it glitches, wish it just backed out to my calendar.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helped me track my time more appropriately. I can also make sure I'm not going over on certain projects.

  ### 34. Crucial tool for me to keep on top of our business flow

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Capital Markets | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 02, 2022

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

Can cut data in several ways.
Able to structure the platform to fit our professional services business in a very useful way.
Excellent help desk

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

Some elements we would like to switch off (time keeping, billing) but we just ignore them.
Quite expensive.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We like to keep close eye on project metrics (invoicing, profitability, revenue splits) and scoro does that very well.

  ### 35. Very flexible and powerful platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dan F. | Managing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2022

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

Feature rich, quite customisable and a number of ways of solving different Business Process issues. Also, product has new features added reguarly.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

It feels a lot of development is around Project Management which is not something we use it for.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it as a CRM including Estimates, Quotes, forecasting and creation of invoices. It helped us to centralise those key tasks.

  ### 36. The Scoro tool & the team – excellent

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harv N. | Group Director of Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2021

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

When considering platforms in this space, we looked at quite a few – Scoro is leagues ahead of the others. I can confidently say there were no other platforms with such a thoughtful UX for the end-to-end process. Next, from the initial sales consulting team, to the onboarding specialist, to the after-care and support, we've been thoroughly impressed not only with how pleasant the Scoro team are to work with, but how knowledgeable, responsive and amenable to feedback they are as well. Lastly, the platform – easy to use, beautiful, and constantly coming out with new features. It's reassuring to move to a platform you know is going places and is under regular development..

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

There's very little to dislike about Scoro. There are a couple of minor irritations that will hopefully be resolved in future software updates. One of these is the inability to easily reshuffle the order of items in a quote in bulk; items need to be dragged individually. The other is the inability to export Gantt charts as a PDF / JPG attachment to integrate it into a presentation or send it along to a client. However, in the grand scheme of things, these are minor details in a dynamic, thoughtful platform that's a joy to use.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Realtime analytics on agency resource usage, and project budget burn. Our previous platform would go into a meltdown if you tried to generate a report, whereas Scoro provies this data live via the dashboard or in the Reports area. Additionally, our employees are happier using Scoro than they were with the previous tool; if you need to spend all day working in a professional services automation tool, it's important for it to be fast, intuitive and have a nice UX / UI.

  ### 37. Scoro helps us keep projects organized

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emily A. | Global Communications Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 31, 2022

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

Scoro is the perfect tool for professional customer and sales management. Scoro has an excellent task automation feature that allows us to do well-organized and efficient work. We can also automate notifications and send them to recipients. Scoro is the perfect tool for keeping track of appointments.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

Some settings are hidden in the interface, and contacting support was necessary to find some of them.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time management, project management from start to finish, and an associated calendar can help you save time during the day.

  ### 38. Great system for daily work management. I really enjoy to work with it

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ⭐️ Krista Kristiana Z. | Consultant / Board Member, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2020

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

It is simple and very useful. I like activity based tasks, calendar. Everything is really understandable.
Moreover, You can edit it for Your needs and requirements.
As well I like the opportunity to save all date what we have in Scoro

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

For me everything is fine. Maybe sometimes to often changes and improvements, but actually, it is okay. Sometims system is slow but I think it depends from Internet connection. I can add as well that it would be usefull to see past activities

**Recommendations to others considering Scoro:**

Just try it and You will see how easy it is - You will not regret it

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All processes for HR, recruiting, budget, activities. We can control each team member, delegate tasks etc. As well it is very easy to plan all work and as well to plan a calendar events for other team members.
We use Scoro as well as a data base.

  ### 39. Clear and easy to use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 08, 2022

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

I am able to view my day/week / month easily and easily manage tasks. Scoro is clear to use but still has many features for reporting etc. I like the way it shows the tasks in a planner and how easily I can manage them (for example moving them forward).

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

At the moment, there are many instructions for using Scoro and for example, adding a stock image to a project is quite complicated to be user-friendly. For non-pro users, it could be more accessible.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We hoped to get a better view of the capacity of experts in our organization, and this seems a good tool for it. Of course, it requires manual work too, because situations may change quickly, and then you should keep your Scoro up to date, or else it won't show you the actual status.

  ### 40. A handy app for the whole company

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Viktorija G. | Administrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2022

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

Ability to plan time, mark completed and unfinished work

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

Everything's alright, I have no complaints

**Recommendations to others considering Scoro:**

it’s convenient for businesses that want to conveniently plan their time and the work they need to do. Track your progress and sales.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's easier to plan your work time, see your customers, track the work done with them

  ### 41. Great tool for task management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shalva C. | Marketplace operations specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2022

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

The simplicity and intuitiveness of the interface make it easy to create and manage tasks. Time tracking, commenting, and binding of tasks to the projects create an excellent perspective of the workflow for the whole team.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

I can't say I have found any flaws or missing features while using the tool for more than 1 .5 years. The only thing I would wish to improve is reopening the closed tasks with a single click.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scoro is an excellent tool for managing a workflow, tracking progress, communicating the problems or what is missing while completing tasks. It's great for remote, international teams.

  ### 42. I would definitely recommended Scoro, it has come a long way since we first started using it.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Monica F. | COO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2022

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

The flexibility of the platform, that we can adapt it to our processes. Also the ease of use, the ux, the dashboard functionalities and the permissions/user's versatility.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

The structure it's a little bit complex at first sight for a new user, I would like to have as well more funtionalities and personalizations on the budget and dashboard features.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Transparency and fluency, everyone on the company is viewing the same information. Also goal orientation, it has helped us be more involved with our metrics and KPIs and follow thorough with our goals.

  ### 43. Excellent business management software, easy to implement.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ancel K. | Business Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 12, 2021

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

It may be simply changed and customised to fit the needs of the company. It's also up to date on a regular basis and connects with our accounting program (Xero) and time tracking software (Toggl). We appreciate being able to manage our work, keep track of our projects and budgets, and know who is working on what. It's also helpful to be able to send out invoices.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

You could implement this using a task timer to make it easier to track Alow's work time. We may also utilize TOGGL, which Scoro interfaces with. Integration with third-party systems such as Toggl and Xero might be a little shaky, resulting in western sync problems. However, the assistance has been beneficial. It's not something I dislike; rather, it's a step forward. I'd want to be able to add tasks to my calendar and tasks from the Planner tab, not only the calendar and task tabs.

**Recommendations to others considering Scoro:**

This program comes highly recommended by us for organizations looking to better their work and achieve their objectives. To get the most out of the system, it may take some time to design and implement it, so set aside adequate time and resources to get started.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use an all-in-one dashboard to monitor projects, tasks, quotations, and bills, which helps us stay on top of our business. We keep track of our projects, finances, and project milestones. Also, at the end of each month, reviewing reports to evaluate how productive we were and where we need to focus our efforts more.

  ### 44. From CRM, to quote, to project management and assessment, Scoro handles it all

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Civil Engineering | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2022

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

Scoro is systems-oriented and flexible. We opted to have full onboarding help, so it was adapted to our workflow. This made us think in a systems manner which allowed us to discover ways to improve efficiencies. Recent updates, including the Gannt chart, provide performance information that is easy to assimilate.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

The learning curve was quite long. When we introduced Scoro to our workforce, they did not have a formalized system of CRM or PM. The monthly cost is high and there could be a better incentive program. Adding new users should reflect the marginal cost.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We juggle 30+ active projects at a time with limited resources and tight schedules. Scoro allows our Project Managers to properly track progress. Quotes were not consistent and Scoro provided us with a system and framework.

  ### 45. My in and out overview for Scoro

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tracy W. | Styling Team Lead, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2022

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

The best aspect is that Scoro combines PPM, billing, reporting and CRM capabilities in one place.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

Pricing across all plans is extreme and lacks freemium plan.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing work of all employees in one single place.

Tracking issues, time and expenses on projects.

  ### 46. Versatile CMR solution for all your requirements

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Niklas W. | Senior Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 20, 2021

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

Its configuration is completed fast, therefore there is no need to study or adjust because it is intuitive software. For better framework administration, all modules or capabilities are integrated through the control panel or control board. The fact that it is a multipurpose program appealed to us the most. It has enabled us to handle CRM, billing, and process monitoring all at the same time. As a result of all of this, we are able to enhance various elements of the organization from a single location. The control panel, views, and filters, as well as the interface, are all well-designed features that adapt to any device.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

The learning curve is rather steep. However, once you've got everything set up, it's pretty much easy sailing from there. It might be a little too complicated at times, and it can take a while to wrap your brain around all of the many ways to do the same task. I've been using it for a little over a year and am continually discovering new things.

**Recommendations to others considering Scoro:**

Don't be put off by its intricacy; give it a shot. It's a strong weapon that will undoubtedly pay out in the end. This is a great all-around tool for any business, but it will take some time to wrap your mind around all of the capabilities, which are continually upgraded.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scoro is being used to manage our client database, as well as to coordinate people's workloads and do sales, performance, and organizational problems analysis. You name it: task and project management, proposal pipeline management, financials, time monitoring, and staff efficiency tracking. The nicest aspect is that everything is taking place on the same platform. There isn't much you can't do with this tool, and we're far from using it to its maximum potential, but integrating all of the different capabilities into your business takes time.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

The customer support sometimes takes time to reply for any pending issues or inquires but the rest of the software is fine and good and no main issues in the software it self

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scoro Dashboard and the reporting function helps us to track the sales team KPI'S and to track the dead time for opened projects ,Also the ability to control the work flow and issue invoices and bills for successful deals and leads make it fully controlled Customer and projects Management tool by integrating also to any cloud like Google or AWS clouds
