What do you like best about Scoro?

Scoro lets us track projects from the quote stage to the billing phase. We've found it especially useful when charging clients hourly rates, as creating invoices is swift.

We've also found it quite valuable for planning work for the agency Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

Sometimes, features don't go far enough. I want to see elements like the utilisation report overall for the business, not just at the individual level.

The planner often feels clunky if we have a project with 30 tasks going over several months and we need to reorganise the work it takes a large amount of admin time to reorganise this feature or even start all over again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are looking for one tool that can execute end to end completion of a project. We are more productive and have gone from a planned work backlog of a few weeks in advance to 3 months in the last year. All because we could plan out the timelines in the planner and fully realise where our time was being used up! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
