"Improving Support Quality Through Consistent, Accountable Reviews"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ScorebuddyCX?

Scorebuddy has been helpful for keeping our support team accountable and providing a more consistent approach to quality assurance. The interface is generally straightforward, although certain workflows and administrative options could be made more intuitive and customizable.

Its integration capabilities make it easier to incorporate quality reviews into existing support processes. Performance has been reliable overall, and the platform can provide a good return on investment by helping leadership identify coaching opportunities, monitor trends, and maintain consistent service standards. However, the overall value will depend on how extensively an organization uses its reporting, automation, and coaching features.

The onboarding and support resources are important because there are several configuration options to understand before teams can get the most from the platform. Clearer guidance around advanced settings and AI features would make adoption easier.

The AI functionality has potential, but the AI-generated comments still need improvement. Some comments may require an auditor to review or revise them before they are useful, which reduces the time savings that AI should provide. Greater accuracy, more context-aware feedback, and additional control over how comments are generated would make this feature much stronger.

One feature I would especially like to see is the ability to display auditors as an anonymous or generic user. Agents do not necessarily need to know which individual audited their ticket or case. An anonymous-auditor option could help keep the focus on the evaluation itself, reduce perceptions of personal bias, and promote a more consistent and objective quality-review process.

Overall, Scorebuddy is a useful accountability and quality-management platform with strong potential. Improvements to the AI comments, customization options, and auditor anonymity would make it even more valuable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ScorebuddyCX?

My main concerns with Scorebuddy are the AI-generated comments, which can sometimes be inaccurate or require too much manual editing. I would also like an option for auditors to appear as anonymous users so agents do not know who scored their tickets or cases. This would help keep the focus on the feedback and reduce perceptions of personal bias. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
