What do you like best about Score Open Access?

I like how simple it is to get the FICO scores. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Score Open Access?

Not really a dislike but more of a concern about how accurate the score is. I pulled credit reports and the scores weren't the same as what patrons were claiming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Score Open Access solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are getting a better idea of how well patrons are at paying their monthly billing. We have been able to make alerts on their accounts and if there is any kind of delinquent payment, it has usually corresponded with their FICO score. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
