Support! Everyone can play a video, but the depth of the Schoox platform is amazing. But even more amazing is the ongoing support we have received. Not only from our account managers but also from the support team. Responses are timely, factual, and very helpful. The hierarchy is so robust we are able to differentiate teams and groups down to the smallest details. We were with another firm for over 4 years and never once did they act on our suggestions. In the past 18 months the Schoox team has implemented several of our suggestions including a major change to the Performance module that will be in an upcoming release. There is so much there it is sometimes a chore to get your hands around. While easy to get up and going and to fully utilize every aspect of the platform has taken a while to implement. While this may seem like a downside, it was expected because it replaced two different main learning programs and is supplementing several others so we now work in fewer places and have more controls, but there is a learning curve for this.
