I love that Schoox is easy to navigate and offers 'walk-through' assistance, which helps our employees, especially those not familiar with Learning Management Systems. The walk-through feature guides them through multiple scenarios. The Reporting feature is fantastic because we can generate many reports and schedule them for managers. We have the ability to customize these reports by adding or moving data columns and using filters for precision, which I find very useful. The integration with our payroll system using the API is seamless, as it automates the removal of terminated employees and the creation of new training accounts. Additionally, the flawless interaction between Schoox and Zoom, where meetings and attendee details sync perfectly, has been a huge plus. The support we received from the Schoox team during our transition from Oracle's Taleo Learn was incredibly helpful, as they provided templates and assistance to build our system quickly, making the switch smooth and efficient. Schoox lets us upload our custom Certificate of Completion form as a PDF. Unfortunately, they have that only for the main company, and not for the sub-companies/brands. We would love to upload custom Certificates of Completion for all 14 additional brands we have. Then, be able to insert the data fields over the COC exactly where we want them to appear, and select the fonts we prefer to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
