What do you like best about SchoolMessenger School Notification?

SchoolMessenger School Notification is a solid communication system. From email, text, and phone calls, it's our one-stop-shop for communicating with families. We use it both for inclement weather and for general District communication, as well as school-level messages from the principals. I like that you can build out customized and branded templates based on location, so we can have different headers for each school. Having personalization builds trust and increases open rates. The new Newsletter tool adds some much needed professional design tools as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SchoolMessenger School Notification?

There isn't too much to dislike. I will say that support isn't the most responsive that I've seen. Other than that, the implementation of their translation tools is a bit clunky. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
