From an IT perspective, they are great at responding quickly and are ready to help when needed. I like the report creator feature as it allows for quick customization of existing reports or the ability to create from scratch. I have noticed that the reports sometimes are not as accurate as they should be. The program often requires a lot of clicks to get where you want to go, even when using the dashboard to expedite the tasks you use most often.
