What do you like best about Schedule it - Resource Scheduling Software?

We like how well we can adapt the software to work well for us and our business.

We also like how easy it is to contact customer services and how helpful and friendly they are. If we have any problems, we find that we can contact them very easily and they will answer any questions we may have. We have also occassionally, suggested ways to improve the software to work well for us and they have been able to adapt and make the changes the suit us. What do you dislike about Schedule it - Resource Scheduling Software?

We would like if the app worked as well as the online version. We find the app slightly more basic compared to the online version. We also find uploading files via the app very difficult and would be great if this could be changed. When we have engineers on site, we would like them to take the photo and upload it to the event/job, however, this is currently not possible as they have to login to the online version rather than the app - which defeats the idea of having the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Schedule it - Resource Scheduling Software solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have realized a considerable benefit from using Schedule It; we can use it for different aspects of our business, and it is all located in one place. It has helped us become more organized when scheduling works/jobs. We can make changes to specific jobs, and our engineers can see the changes on the app when they are on-site, which is excellent!
