The customers are able to quickly understand the MRC vs NRC line items and any special charges that are associated with them. And goodness is it nice having the line item details the customer can reference while they are reviewing the quote! And then the DocuSign approval process is so smooth and secure. Anything that can be done to make importing services/equipment for product catalog and also tieing to current inventory, would be very helpful.
