What do you like best about ScalePad Lifecycle Manager?

It's refreshing to have a vendor/partner that listens to their clients. Almost every feature/functionality we've wanted in a AM/CS platform has been added. Our favorite feature with Lifecycle Manager has been the detailed customization with "deliverables" or presentations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ScalePad Lifecycle Manager?

I wouldn't say that I dislike anything about Lifecycle Manager. I have feature requests and feedback but I use their Feedback and Roadmap pages to submit and monitor them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ScalePad Lifecycle Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?

Without LM, we didn't have a single place to manage client relations. We tried using our CRM - HubSpot, and PSA - CW Manage, but it lacked the details needed from our other tools to paint the full picture of a client's position/posture.
