I’m very satisfied with the support provided by the Scalefusion team, especially Akshita Sharma. She was extremely helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the process. She understood the issue quickly and provided clear guidance and effective solutions.

What do you dislike about Scalefusion?

There isn’t much that I dislike about Scalefusion so far. The platform has a lot of features, so it can take some time to become familiar with all the available options, especially for new users.

That said, the learning process is made much easier by the helpful support team. In my experience, Akshita Sharma has been especially helpful in guiding me whenever I had questions or encountered an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Scalefusion solving and how is that benefiting you?

Scalefusion helps us solve the challenge of managing and monitoring multiple devices from a centralized platform. It makes it easier to control device settings, deploy applications, manage configurations, and troubleshoot issues remotely without having to handle each device individually.

This significantly improves our operational efficiency and saves time, especially when we need to manage devices across different locations. It also gives us better visibility and control over our devices, while reducing the need for on-site support and manual intervention.
