What do you like best about Scaleflex DAM?

Scaleflex DAM has exceeded our expectations. It provides a centralized and highly efficient way to manage all our digital assets, from product photography to marketing content. The platform is user-friendly, reliable, and scalable, while the image optimization and delivery capabilities significantly improve our workflows. What stands out most is how easy it is for both internal teams and external partners to find and access the right assets.

We also appreciate the strong integration capabilities, particularly with our Akeneo PIM system, which helps us maintain a streamlined product content workflow across platforms. Compared to other DAM solutions we evaluated, Scaleflex offers excellent value for money, combining competitive pricing with a broad range of features.

The platform also includes AI-powered capabilities. While we have only started exploring these features, they look very promising and demonstrate Scaleflex's commitment to innovation and future-proofing the platform.

What do you dislike about Scaleflex DAM?

There are very few downsides to Scaleflex DAM. Like any DAM platform, it takes some time to fully configure metadata, taxonomy, and user permissions to match your organization's needs. Some of the newer AI features also require further exploration on our side before we can fully assess their value. Scaleflex DAM helps us centralize, organize, and distribute all our digital assets efficiently. The integration with our Akeneo PIM system streamlines our product content workflow and significantly reduces manual effort.
