What do you like best about ScalaHosting?

What we like best about ScalaHosting is SPanel and their exceptional technical support. We have been customers since around 2018 and currently use their VPS and reseller services to host and manage websites for approximately 50 clients.

SPanel is powerful, intuitive, and easy to manage. The inclusion of OpenLiteSpeed at no extra cost provides excellent performance and saves us significantly on annual licensing fees.

Their support is fast, professional, and impressively proactive. They often identify problems affecting individual websites and open tickets to notify us before we even notice them. This level of monitoring and support gives us great peace of mind. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ScalaHosting?

There is nothing significant that we genuinely dislike about ScalaHosting. Our experience has been consistently positive since around 2018.

As a suggestion rather than a complaint, we would appreciate loyalty discounts for long-term customers, special domain registration and renewal coupons, and more affordable storage-focused VPS plans using HDD or standard SSD drives. These options would be useful for projects that require larger storage capacity without needing premium NVMe performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ScalaHosting solving and how is that benefiting you?

ScalaHosting enables us to provide stable, high-performance hosting services to approximately 50 clients at an affordable cost. SPanel and the included OpenLiteSpeed server help us manage our infrastructure efficiently while reducing control-panel and web-server licensing expenses.

Their technical support also helps us resolve critical incidents quickly. On one occasion, an important website was compromised, and their team helped us recover and restore the server successfully. This fast and reliable assistance reduced downtime, protected our business operations, and gave us greater confidence when hosting important client websites.
