The level of support, knowledge, and responsiveness that I receive from SBS have been exceptional! SBS has become a true partner for the bank and has been a pleasure to work with. **What do you dislike about SBS CyberSecurity?** One of the biggest challenges we've encountered with SBS is the pricing. While it's clear and transparent—which we appreciate—the overall cost is on the higher side. We do feel that the solution is well-built and delivers strong value, but the price point can be difficult to justify year over year, particularly for organizations with limited budgets. **Recommendations to others considering SBS CyberSecurity:** It would be great to see a more tiered or flexible pricing structure, or to include additional benefits in the existing packages—such as access to a certain number of free webinars or training sessions each year. This software streamlines the overall management and provides so many useful tools such as templates, reports, document archival/record keeping, and reminders that make the job so much easier. The bank also contracts their vCISO services which has provided us expert guidance and oversight without the need for us to hire a full-time designated CISO. ### 2. It provides great insight for us and our current business needs. **What do you dislike about SBS CyberSecurity?** The only thing I would change about SBS is that we would prefer that they not make using some of their products reccomendations. They will recommend products that we do not need, and they are only available from SBS. **Recommendations to others considering SBS CyberSecurity:** I would definitely recommend other businesses to use SBS. They are very helpful and their auditors and other employees are very knowledgable. With SBS even if they don't find a issue and they see away I could better manage something they guide in the right directions. But it still went ok. **Recommendations to others considering SBS CyberSecurity:** The audit was thorough and there was a lot of documentation, policies, and procedures requested. Sometimes requests lists can be burdensome, especially if the examiner or auditor does not take the time and attention to review the documentation you have provided. I could clearly tell that Clinton had reveiwed our program from the information provided. He provided thoughtful recommendations and samples to take back and make our own to help accomplish furthering our program. **What problems is SBS CyberSecurity solving and how is that benefiting you?** SBS conducted our IT Audit again this year. I no longer worry about examiners reviewing our program. Easy to use, great reports, great tools. **What do you dislike about SBS CyberSecurity?** All services, SBS and other vendors alike, have a cost so although I don't think that's really a true dislike because I expect there to be a cost, I can't really think of anything else. I have nothing but good experiences with SBS. **Recommendations to others considering SBS CyberSecurity:** If you're looking at the TRAC solution, SBS Consulting services is an excellent add-on. Even if you only use the consulting service for a year or two till you get a handle on the TRAC software and buidling your ISP/Cyber Program; the help that I have received from the consultants has been worth every penny. We originally thought we would use the consulting service for a couple of years, but we continue to invest in the service because of the benefit that it has provided our overall program. **What problems is SBS CyberSecurity solving and how is that benefiting you?** We contracted with SBS for a couple of reasons; we use them for IT/Cyber audits such as Network Security Assessments, IT Controls, Tabletop Testing, annual Training, M365 reviews, and Wireless penetration testing. We also use their TRAC software for all our policies and risk assessements as well as tracking action items from audit findings.
