I use Sawyer to let customers register for my music classes, and it means I spend a lot less time registering customers myself. Refunds are very easy. What I like most is that it integrates really well with my website. They let you put a widget right into your website, it builds right in, and customers get a seamless experience. Setting up was fairly easy for the most part. Setting up a whole semester took about twenty minutes to half an hour, which is about 10 to 15 classes per week to set up within the calendar, but they have a really good copy paste kind of thing, so it's not too hard. They could streamline the experience a little bit better for the user.
