What do you like best about Savant Labs?

Our transaction volume was growing quickly, and Excel just couldn’t keep up anymore. We finally set up an integration with NetSuite, and now our data stays current without any manual exporting or reformatting. Everything reconciles in real time. SOX compliance is also virtually achieved by default, because the audit trail already exists as part of the workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Savant Labs?

Migrating our existing spreadsheet logic into Savant took longer than I expected. That said, we’ve had years of formulas and workarounds baked into our close process, so it’s understandable that translating all of that into proper workflows wasn’t something we could do overnight. What problems is Savant Labs solving and how is that benefiting you?

We cut three days off our close, and the numbers are right the first time now. The entire process is GAAP compliant, and auditors can clearly see how every figure was produced without us having to assemble a separate documentation package.
