Sauce Labs has a number of outstanding features. Simple yet robust access control. By enabling single sign on, combined with robust role management, it is very easy to manage who can do what on the platform. Reliable and secure tunneling: Almost all of our test environments are inside our network. Sauce Connect provides a simple, reliable private VPN tunnel that meets all our security needs while being powerful and simple to set up and use. A real sense of partnership. Sauce Labs is as invested in our success as we are. For example, we have twice had automation architects from Sauce Labs come in and provide targeted seminars for our test automation engineers to help them develop their skills. SauceLabs is a key component of our automated testing platform. Along with other key components, such as GitHub Actions, WebDriver.io, Selenium, Mocha and TestNG it enables us to test across our enterprise in a robust and scalable manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Sauce Labs? Overall, I have very little negative feedback for Sauce Labs. The only thing I could mention is that if you want to test on real devices, that is for mobile not using emulators or simulators, that can be an expensive proposition. However, at the same time, realistically the costs of trying to maintain a set of real devices in house would be high as well, so even there that is not a strong negative. Without SauceLabs, the cost and complexity of maintaining a large browser cloud for testing would be a blocker. We would not be able to test at the volume we need to keep up with our release cycles.
