What I like the most is that it is a very intuitive tool to use and it allows me to have excellent tracking of the NPS obtained. It doesn't require a major integration and can be synchronized with other software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is nothing I don't like about this platform. The interface is super simple and provides me with all the information I need in just a few clicks.
