What do you like best about SatisFacts?

Very easy to use. Live scores to see if it goes up or down throughout the process. You can monitor your surveys. And you can filter out what you need in the survey. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SatisFacts?

Some minor glitches and bugs in the app. Sometimes data does not come in fast enough. Lot of features that I do not need but need to pay for, but this is a good thing as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
