I like SAS Customer Intelligence 360 because it focuses primarily on customer centricity and marketing, rather than more technical tools like SAS Data Integration Studio. The workflow management feature is great for visually tracking how different distribution channels combine and progress, which is straightforward and doesn't require you to be a data scientist. It's also excellent for creating a unified view of customer profiles across channels. Additionally, the graphical insight into distribution channels prevents loss of information and wrong conclusions. I find the visual appearance and style user-friendly, even for power users and business analysts, without needing extensive knowledge of SAS. It's also innovative compared to other tools, which is why I give it a high recommendation score. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I feel like the integration with the rest of the ecosystem was not very seamless. Back in the day, it was kind of challenging to incorporate SAS Customer Intelligence 360 with tools like Data Integration Studio, as the components weren't bidirectional. I really thought that if it was possible to use the data source created by SAS Customer Intelligence 360 in both directions across streams, it could have been more effective. So, there's this lack of integration that was a bit of a hurdle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
