What do you like best about Sardine?

There are several benefits, but the biggest is the ability to capture device intelligence data. That data has already proven invaluable, helping us detect suspicious activity much earlier than we could previously. In addition, being able to customize workflows and adopt specific rules based on product and channel is invaluable feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sardine?

What problems is Sardine solving and how is that benefiting you?

Very complex detections across several lines of business. Some of our products have nuances that Sardine has helped fold into our fraud-prevention coverage, which is extremely important to us. In addition, operational efficiency with our large volume of transactions has improved significantly, even though we have not yet fully leveraged the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
