What I like best about SARAL is how much manual work it takes off my plate. I managed influencer campaigns for multiple beauty, wellness and lifestyle brands, and before working in SARAL that meant living inside spreadsheets, a separate inbox and a dozen browser tabs just to keep track of who I had contacted, who replied, who received a product and who actually posted.
SARAL put all of that in one place. Creator discovery, outreach, follow-ups and the full relationship history sit in the same platform, so I could open it in the morning and immediately see the state of every campaign without reconstructing anything from notes.
The automation is the part I valued most. The automated follow-up sequences alone changed my response rates, because in influencer marketing most creators simply do not reply to the first email. Being able to set sequences up and let them run meant I was following up consistently with hundreds of creators instead of the handful I would have remembered to chase manually. That is the difference between a campaign that fills and one that stalls.
It is also genuinely easy to use. I got up to speed quickly, and when new people joined campaigns they picked it up without long training. The interface is clean and the workflow follows how influencer marketing actually works day to day, which sounds obvious but is rare. A lot of tools in this space are either built for enterprise teams with a dedicated ops person, or they are glorified contact lists. SARAL sits exactly where a working influencer marketing manager needs it to be.
Reporting saved me a lot of time as well. Pulling campaign performance together for client updates used to take me most of a day. Having tracking and performance data in the same place where I ran the outreach meant I could put a client report together in a fraction of the time.
Having worked across several brands and a lot of campaigns, SARAL is the one I would choose again. It is the most automated and the most straightforward influencer marketing platform I have used, and it is the one that actually made my work lighter instead of adding another system to maintain. The one thing I would improve is the ability to undo a send. When I send an email from inside SARAL there is no short window to pull it back, the way Gmail lets you undo a send within a few seconds. In influencer outreach you are sending a high volume of messages, and every so often you spot a typo or realise you picked the wrong template the moment after you hit send. Having even a five or ten second undo window would save that small panic and the apology email that follows it. It is a minor thing in the bigger picture, but it is the one feature I genuinely found myself missing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
