What do you like best about SapphireIMS?

SapphireIMS helped our team to easily manage all the Sapphire tickets for all department requests, Same function as we create a JO request. Can be used in IT, accounting, and audit functions Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SapphireIMS?

I'd hope that the home/dashboard function will improve so we can easily figure the returned tickets Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SapphireIMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helped us with IT concerns requests and accounting requests. And we can easily follow up since we have a ticket number as a reference in our request. For accounting purposes, we can easily return the tickets with lacking requirements easily. FYI you can attach PDFs, RFPs and other docs needed. You can also send an email through the use of SapphireIMS Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
