What do you like best about Sapaad?
User Friendly Interface, Easy to deploy and implement in the restaurant and mostly they can integrate all of the third party services in their platform Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Sapaad?
The downside of using Sapaad is when there is an issue with the internet connection. Sapaad is a web-based system, once there's a problem with the internet we will do the operations manually until connections are back. Hopefully, there is an option to run the system in offline mode and it will auto reconnect from the server once it goes back online. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
