I like how SAP Sustainability Control Tower fits into our workflow without causing hindrances and gives us insights into how different people are using it. It helps us coordinate between teams through the portal instead of having to coordinate manually. I also like the AI integration and how it helps us understand sustainability performance more efficiently, with less manual effort than before. The Concur platform makes flight bookings for our commercial projects seamless and helps us handle reimbursements efficiently. I think the AI-enabled solutions for auditing ESG reports could be better. There’s still room to improve, especially with EU taxonomy amendments and ESG report drafts. It would be beneficial to keep track of changes to these amendments and stay up to date, including BRSR reports required in India and for the top 100 companies.
