What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors Incentive Management (formerly SAP Commissions)?

This tool has turned out to be the most successful solution for us when it comes to managing payments, as it really simplifies our management tasks. What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors Incentive Management (formerly SAP Commissions)?
