What do you like best about SAP Subscription Billing?

I like SAP Subscription Billing's flexibility in handling complex subscription and usage-based pricing models without heavy customization. It integrates well with other systems, making billing, reporting, and operations much more streamlined. The flexibility allows us to easily adapt pricing models, whether recurring, usage-based, or hybrid, without needing constant rework. What do you dislike about SAP Subscription Billing?

The initial setup and configuration can be complex, especially for more advanced billing scenarios. The UI and reporting capabilities could also be more intuitive, as extracting detailed insights sometimes requires additional effort or external tools. The initial setup could be improved with more guided onboarding, clearer documentation, and prebuilt templates for common billing scenarios to reduce implementation time and complexity.
