Ease of use, flexibility, support of all major database platforms, reporting features and most of all extendibility (with scripting and extensions).

If you need a reliable enterprise-class modeling tool, look no further.

But beware, PowerDesigner should be installed on Windows and the Portal version lacks some of its features.
