If I’m being completely honest, this tool can be a real test of patience. What drives us crazy is the UI: it feels prehistoric, like a Windows XP application from 2005. Everything looks cluttered and unintuitive, so new team members hit a brutal learning curve just trying to find and use basic menus.

On top of that, it becomes painfully sluggish when you load a massive enterprise model or try to reverse-engineer a huge database. At that point the performance really tanks, and you end up staring at loading wheels far too often.
